'It has been reported that the deceased today fainted inside the cell, which with the support of a nurse gave him first aid and who stated that he no longer had vital signs,' the report indicated.

Castro revealed the horrific October 31 encounter on social media with a video statement last Wednesday.

The teenager recalled that she had stepped out of a B12 train line car at the Castellana station and that she noticed that González checked the surroundings before he assaulted her.

'What I did was like trying to walk faster because it was a completely empty station where there was not a single police officer, a single security guard,' she said in Spanish.

González at one point withdrew a knife from a bag he was carrying and chased Castro down.

'He threatens me with a knife to which he tells me to give him everything. I proceed to take off, I had a shoulder bag, I give it to him, he starts to touch me everywhere,' Castro said. 'I couldn't find my cellphone but I took off the shoulder bag and he starts to threaten me and he starts to say a lot of obscene things to me.'

A shaken Castro was forced to walk out the train station, which was not under police or security watch at the time, before she was sexually assaulted.

'He says that he wants to (have sex), that he wants I don't know what. I went into total shock and I can't respond to anything at all because I am extremely shocked by everything that was happening and this man proceeds to take my hand and starts pulling me out of the station,' Castro said.

'I got off the station at the point of threats and my cellphone started to come out a little here. He saw it and took it from me,' she added. 'He took me behind the station, proceeded to drop his pants while still having me threatened and forced me to perform oral sex on him.'

The horrible attack stopped after two young men spotted a defenseless Castro being held against her own will by González, who immediately took off running and disappeared.

The individuals escorted Castro to a place where she was meeting a group of friends, including one who managed to contact Castro's mother because Castro was inconsolable and could not talk for herself.

Castro spent the next two days locked in her bedroom until her mother was able to calm her down and accompanied her to the 38th Immediate Reaction Unit to file a report.

However, Castro explained that they were given the runaround and sent to another unit, which refused to take the register the complaint because the station did not handle cases against minors.

She returned to the 38th Immediate Reaction Unit, but was shockingly turned away.

'There they also tell us that they do not receive complaints because it is already after 5 in the afternoon and my case is not an emergency case,' Castro said.

'Clearly I want to make this whole case public because I don't want this to go unpunished and I don't want this to happen to any other woman either,' she continued while adding that she was 'tired of judicial processes being extremely revictimizing for all of us and that we have to go through all these things.'

The attack came nine days after González was recorded on video being approached by two police officers in Bogotá after he had exposed his genitals at a park filled with children and women.

He was taken into custody October 22, but a judge immediately released him because there was no proof of the allegations.
