'I’ve saved so much time cleaning with this gadget,' Carolina said when she uploaded her sink cleaning tutorial on Instagram.

'This dirty sink is perfect for trying out my new cleaning gadget.'

She sprinkled baking powder and layered dish soap on her porcelain sink before using the scrubber around the entire basin

The mum was very impressed with the results.

'Oh my gosh it's such a beast, and it's waterproof as well,' she said.

However Carolina's followers weren't as impressed as she was with the device.

'Clean your sink every day and you don't need that. It takes only two minutes!' one woman said.

'Surely we do not need gadgets for every house hold chore?' another added.

'You’re making my head spin with all your gadgets, I can’t keep up!' another said.

However, some of her followers took the advice, bought the product and love it.

I bought this. I love it. It makes cleaning so easy,' one woman said.

The mum also advised her followers to clean the 'disgusting' inside of drains at least every six months.

The woman unscrews her drain cover, squirts dishwashing liquid down the drain and cleans the drain pipe opening.

However many of her followers advised that if the seal between the pipe and the sink is not sealed shut that it could cause a leak.
