Each member of the United States World Cup squad was gifted a personalized Tiffany & Co bracelet on the eve of their crunch Group B clash with England.
Boss Gregg Berhalter called the squad together for a meeting with 24 hours to go until the game on Friday afternoon, before presenting each of his players with the gift, worth $750 a piece.
Explaining to the squad the meaning behind the idea, Berhalter said: 'We had this idea of getting you something to remember this forever. We wanted something that's going to close the bond and represent the bond we have.

The players appeared delighted with their gifts, which has their names engraved on it
'I called this company, and they actually answered, and I said, "hey, here's what I'm thinking of doing", and they helped me design it, and they did everything. It's pretty cool.'
Each individual bracelet is engraved with the player's name in Arabic, their unique FIFA World Cup number, and the team pillars of 'brave, diverse, relentless.'
The total cost of Berhalter's gift idea is $19,500, with each of the pieces of jewelry - listed on the Tiffany website as an 'ID Bracelet' - coming in at $750.
The USMNT Twitter account posted a clip to social media on Thursday night of the players receiving their gifts, complete with the famous blue box and white ribbon.
