A Hooters waitress accused of cheering on the brutal murder of a 23-year-old who was beat to death with a baseball bat asked a judge to lower her bond so she could pay for it with funds from her OnlyFans account.
Ashley Esselborn, 21, asked a Texas judge to lower her bail from $100,000 to $50,000, which she said she could probably cover with the money in her risqué account. She charges $12-a-month to subscribers who wish to access her X-rated content.
Esselborn told the court she had at least $8,000 in the account from her nude photos alone, but that all her funds had been locked and that she has been reaching out to OnlyFans corporate to access them.
The waitress allegedly cheered while Payton Collier, 27, Ronnie Lang, 18, and William Bell, 28, beat Zachary Wood with their fists, feet, and a bat in his home in Wichita Falls. All four were indicted for first-degree felony murder.

Esselborn is accused of being present during the murder of Zachary Wood last May, which cops described as 'a massive bloodletting event.' She was charged with first-degree murder.
The group allegedly attacked Wood because they thought he had stolen drugs and money from them while they were staying at his house.
Collier told police that in addition to cheering on the beating, Esselborn yelled at Wood while he was being pummeled and demanded to know where the stolen items were.
Her bail had previously been dropped from $1million in the spring, and the judge denied the latest reduction request.

It remains unclear whether Esselborn took part in the beating, or whether she merely encourage the the attack.
She admitted to police that she was present for the attack and helped discard of bloody items after, and Collier corroborated that story and said she remained on the sidelines.
However, investigators said a witness told them that she overheard Esselborn bragging on the phone that she had not been arrested, and that she had partaken in the attack on Wood.
Lang plead guilty to the murder in September and is serving a 50 year sentence. Bell was released on $200,000 bond, and Lang remains behind bars on $500,000 bond. Each remaining defendant has been offered plea deals.
