The billionaire claimed the Royal Family cutting off the Sussexes' money and ending their security was 'all the things a batterer would do'.

The actor, 53, argued he 'knew the symptoms' of coercive control and abuse after watching his late mom Maxine being abused by his alcoholic father Emmitt.

His comments came in the explosive final episode of Harry and Meghan's Netflix documentary, which reignited their attacks on their own family and the Press.

The first royal home shared by Harry and Meghan after the couple announced their engagement in 2016 was Nottingham Cottage - a residence described by the Duchess as 'so small'.

Despite being set within the grounds of Kensington Palace in central London, the modest two-bedroom home has a surprisingly rustic, countryside feel to it.

Now the Duke, 38, and Duchess, 41, of Sussex have shown off more of the house, which was the first marital home of the Prince and Princess of Wales, in their Netflix docuseries.

The final three episodes of the series, which has documented the couple's life together, showed a glimpse inside their first UK residence, which was home to Harry for several years before he met his wife, and which they shared before moving into the more luxurious Frogmore Cottage after their nuptials.

The Duke and Duchess of Gloucester were among the royals seen attending the Christmas carol service at Westminster Abbey earlier.

The couple were seen smiling and talking to members of the clergy and other attendees before the event got under way.

Kensington Palace said the second carol service, which has been organised by the Princess of Wales, is dedicated to the late Queen and the values she demonstrated throughout her life, including 'duty, empathy, faith, service, kindness, compassion and support for others'.

The palace said these principles are 'shared and personified by the inspirational guests who have been invited to the abbey in recognition of their tireless work to help and care for those around them'.

Meghan Markle has been compared to The UK Office's David Brent after a bizarre clip of her dancing at Kensington Palace was shown in her Netflix documentary.

The Duchess of Sussex, 41, was likened to Ricky Gervais' character for her moves at Nottingham Cottage that were aired during the latest episodes of her and Harry's blockbuster attack on their own family and the media.

Royal expert Angela Levin suggested that Meghan's dance was similar to Brent's, saying: 'She's only slightly less ungainly.'

The light-hearted moment came minutes before the couple launched their latest vicious attack on the Royal Family and British press.

The Countess of Wessex donned an elegant look tonight as she supported the Princess of Wales at her Christmas carol service at Westminster Abbey. 

Sophie, 57, was one of the firsts guests to arrive at Kate Middleton's second annual carol service, which this year is paying homage to the late Queen Elizabeth II. 

For the occasion, Sophie opted for the cosy look, and paired the woolen dress with brown boots with heels. 

The concert will be recorded tonight and will be broadcast on Christmas eve on ITV. It is the second time that the Princess of Wales is hosting the event.

Mike Tindall appeared in high spirits tonight as he joined his wife Zara for the his first appearance with the royal family since his I'm A Celebrity stint.

Princess Anne's son-in-law, 44,  looked smart in a navy suit with a red tie, while his wife donned a maroon coat for the occasion.

Today's appearance marked Mike and Zara's first with other members of The Firm since they returned from Australia following Mike's reality TV stint.

The Wales family were perfectly coordinated as they arrived for Kate Middleton's royal Christmas carol service at Westminster Abbey in London today.

Prince George, 9, and his younger sister Princess Charlotte, 7, were mini-mes of their parents Prince William, 40, and Kate Middleton, 40, donning matching outfits as they arrived for the event.

The Princess of Wales upcoming concert will recognise the selfless efforts of communities throughout the UK, highlighting the importance of coming together to support one another.

Meghan Markle's friend Abigail Spencer said she 'wasn't allowed to say anything' and didn't know how to help the Duchess of Sussex when she was struggling.

The actress, 41, said she had no idea how to help Meghan, also 41, when she was battling with suicidal thoughts, as she spoke in the fourth episode of the docuseries, which was released on Netflix this morning.  

She claimed she wasn't allowed to say anything about Meghan's situation and said her friend and Prince Harry lived in a 'complex organism' that she didn't know anything about.

Despite the bombshell claims made by Harry and Meghan on their Netflix show, there was no love lost for the Waleses as they arrived at Westminster Abbey earlier.

The crowd screamed and cheered as William and Kate and their two eldest children, George and Charlotte, met outside the before the service.

There were shouts of 'Kate, we love you' and 'Prince William, we love you' as they made their way inside.

The Queen Consort joined her husband King Charles III on a visit to London's Community Kitchen facilities in Harrow earlier today, only hours after Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's bombshell documentary droppe don Netflix. 

Camilla, 75, and Charles, 73 unveiled a commemorative plaque during their visit to the important community hub, which was founded back in 2014 and is now acting as the HQ hub for 21 boroughs.

The royals were there to recognise how the facility has worked with the most vulnerable communities across London, and its network of volunteers and staff.

The Princess of Wales was seen high-fiving children at Westminster Abbey after arriving earlier this evening.

Kate greeted clergy at the door of the abbey before going inside where she chatted with guests and enthusiastically high-fived children.

She met and thanked those taking part in the service, including Paddington star Hugh Bonneville and singer Melanie C.

She also chatted with Princesses Eugenie and Beatrice before coming back out to welcome her husband and two children, who arrived before 5pm.

King Charles was seen smiling as he greeted members of the clergy at Westminster Abbey before this evening's service.

More than 1,800 people are gathering in the abbey for the concert, staged to recognise the 'selfless efforts of individuals, families and communities across the UK, and celebrate and showcase the joy that human connection and togetherness can bring'.

The children, who are dressed mirroring the outfits of their parents in plum and black, looked excited for the action as they walked alongside their parents.

The King has arrived alongside the Queen Consort after a long day of Royal engagements as he brushes off claims made by Harry and Meghan in their Netflix series.

After Prince Harry revealed details about conversations he had with the King, Her late Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and Prince William regarding his decision to step down as a senior royal, Buckingham Palace refused to comment on the Duke of Sussex's claims.

Meanwhile King Charles met with an ambassador for Kazakhstan at Buckingham Palace earlier this morning, before he visited a community kitchen with Camilla in the afternoon.

In a break from the colour of the season, The Queen Consort has arrived at Westminster Abbey in a crisp white coat.

A glimpse at the dress underneath suggested Camilla had opted for a leopard-print frock.

She paired the white coat with white gloves and a clutch bag. Her coat was accessorised with a ruby-red brooch, which appears to be her citrine Art-Deco brooch.

Prince George and Princess Charlotte have accompanied their parents to the Christmas carol service - and have matched their outfits with their parents.

The Wales children, aged nine and seven, held their parents' hands as they walked into the Abbey.

Charlotte was wearing a plum coat just like her mother, while George looked smart in a black suit and like his father.

Prince Louis, aged four, did not appear to be present as the Waleses arrived.

Zara Tindall and Pippa Middleton were also pictured arriving at Westminster Abbey, and they appeared to have received the memo from Kate about the colour of the occasion.

The pair, who walked alongside Carole and Mike Middleton and Pippa's husband James Matthews, smiled while wearing plum-coloured coats in almost exactly the same shade as the Princess of Wales in her coat dress.

Mike Tindall has arrived at Westminster Abbey for Kate's carol service and appeared in high spirits despite the sharp change in temperature from what he grew used to in the Australian jungle.

The husband of Zara Tindall, who came fourth on I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! laughed along with another guest and looked dapper in a navy suit with a burgundy tie outside Westminster Abbey.

Princess Michael of Kent has arrived at Westminster Abbey in her first public appearance since Harry & Meghan's documentary discussed the 'racist' brooch she wore to Christmas dinner at Sandringham in 2017.

The Blackamoor-style brooch, widely regarded as racist, caused controversy after the royal spent Christmas Day at Sandringham with Meghan Markle, who is mixed-race.

Princess Michael later apologised for wearing the brooch after it caused uproar in 2017.

In the first three episodes of the docuseries, the incident is recalled and Harry says the Royal Family has a 'huge problem' with 'unconscious bias'.

Princess Eugenie has arrived alongside her husband Jack Brooksbank at the Princess of Wales's Carol service at Westminster Abbey after she appeared in Harry and Meghan's documentary visiting the couple in California.

Eugenie held her husband's hand as they walked into the service, after the Duke and Duchess of Sussex showed her as the only member of the Royal Family to have visited them in California.

In the documentary, Eugenie appears in a sweet clip playing with Archie on the beach, after arriving in California ahead of the Superbowl.

This evening she joined the rest of her family in London, as her sister Beatrice arrived with her husband, Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi.

The Princess of Wales has arrived at Westminster Abbey ahead of her Christmas carol service, which will be attended by other senior royals.

Kate wore a clean-cut plum coat dress paired with a patent croc clutch bag in the same colour and matching suede pumps.

She carried a pair of gloves in a similar plum shade as she held her bag on the way into Westminster Abbey and smiled.

Sophie Wessex, who has made it back from Devon in the nick of time to attend the service, had a quick outfit change as she arrived in a cream coat and dress, paired with a tan belt and tan boots.

It has emerged that CEO of data firm Bot Sentinel Christopher Bouzy, who appears in Harry & Meghan to speak about his research into social media abuse directed at the couple, is being sued by a New York lawyer.

Sophie Wessex was all smiles today as she appeared a the Lord High Admiral's Passing Out Parade in Devon after the second explosive instalment of Harry and Meghan's docuseries aired.

The Countess, 57, was seen smiling and laughing as she braved winter weather at the Britannia Royal Naval College in Dartmouth.

The event saw a parade of 200 future naval leaders pass out at the Britannia Royal Naval College – the spiritual home of the Royal Navy’s Officer Corps.

It was a day to mark the formal end of training, and had suitable pomp and ceremony.

Despite comments from the Duke and Duchess of Sussex criticising the Royal Family, Sophie remained in high spirits during the visit.

US media outlets including Fox News, CNN and NBC have responded to the claims made in the second instalment of Harry & Meghan.

While Fox News said the Sussexes are 'on track to be the most hated royals', NBC's Keir Simmons said: 'Goodness me, what is William thinking this morning?'

Meanwhile CNN said Buckingham Palace must respond now to the 'very serious' allegations made by Harry and Meghan in the new episodes.

So far, the Palace has refused to comment.  

Buckingham Palace has refused to comment on the claims made by the Duke and Duchess of Sussex in their Netflix series - including Harry's accusation that his brother William 'screamed and shouted' at him during crisis talks at Sandringham after the couple had decided they wanted new roles within the Royal Family.

Piers Morgan has jokingly hit back at the Duke and Duchess of Sussex after a clip of him speaking about them was played in their documentary.

As the pair discussed a turn in their relationship with the media after a lengthy tour of Australia, an audio clip aired of Mr Morgan describing the Duchess as a 'rockstar' that was 'not a good thing' for the family.

Responding to the use of his voice, Piers tweeted: 'I'm traumatised by this terrible invasion of my privacy.'

Near the end of the final episode of the documentary, Meghan said: 'A part of what's beautiful here is the freedom to have family moments out in the world.

'And I want our kids to be able to do that and to be able to travel and to fall in love. I just want them to be happy."

Harry said: 'The world that they see is how I would love the world to be. They don't worry about, they don't need to worry about the things that we worry about.'

Footage in the series revealed touching moments with the couple's children including Meghan with newborn Lilibet and Archie's first birthday.

Meghan Markle received a text from Beyonce saying she 'admires and respects her bravery' after the bombshell Oprah interview in which she revealed her struggles with her mental health.

The Duchess of Sussex read out a text message that she received from the pop star in behind the scenes clips from new episodes of the bombshell Netflix docu-series.  

Queen Bey wrote that she believes Meghan was 'selected to break generational curses'.

Meghan said: 'Beyonce just texted. I still cant believe she knows who I am.'

Harry quipped: 'Just checking in, just casual. Go call her.' 

Meghan replied: 'No it's ok, she said that she wants me to feel safe and protected, she admires and respects my bravery and she thinks I was selected to break generational curses that need to be healed.'

Harry replied: 'That's well said.' 

Meghan Markle has revealed in her and Harry's Netflix documentary that a member of the plane crew on board her flight back to Canada from the UK thanked her for her royal service.

In the fifth episode of the couple's new Netflix series, the Duchess said a member of the airport cabin crew took the opportunity to thank her for her work as a royal.

After settling into her seat, Meghan recalled how the head of the plane crew knelt down next to her and gave her some encouraging words.

She explained: 'He took his hat off and I just remember looking at him.

'And he goes, "We appreciate everything you did for our country."'

Meghan recalls the speech she made on their wedding day, which is still saved in her phone.

He adds: 'Being part of the institution meant being in the UK. So I miss the UK, I miss my friends.'

Harry also reveals he has 'lost a few friends' since moving to the US.

While driving around California, Harry reflects that he changed 'to the point where I had outgrown my environment'.

He says: '[The US] is one of the places where I think my Mum was going tp  probably end up living, potentially.'

Meghan reveals she has reunited with her niece Ashleigh, who spent last Christmas with the Sussexes, since moving back to California.

Ashleigh says: 'I missed so much of Archie's life but it doesn't necessarily feel like it. I think we immediately, kind of had this bond.'

She is filmed making courgette muffins with Archie, gardening with him and Meghan and visiting stables with them.

In the first three episodes of the docuseries, Ashleigh revealed how she was estranged from her mother, Samantha Markle, and that she had had a close relationship with her aunt, Meghan, until the pair fell out of touch when Meghan married into the Royal Family and Ashleigh was not invited to the wedding.

Harry claims California is home to both his children as he makes the point that Archie spent only the first five months of his life in Windsor.

He says: 'I get to do things with our kids I would never be able to do in the UK as the couple are pictured cycling around California.' 

Princess Eugenie is featured as she visits Meghan and Harry in the US for the Superbowl.

Harry films a video of the cousins in a vehicle as he says: 'Eugenie's in town.'

In the next clip, she plays in the waves on the beach with Archie.

Serena Williams says Harry and Meghan are 'creating their own family' and that 'friends can be family too.

She says: 'They can start something fresh and new and one day hope that family on both ends will be able to understand that this is truly love.'

Harry adds: 'None of us wanted to talk about it at my grandfather's funeral but we did.

Um, and, you know, I've had to make peace with the face that we're probably never gonna get genuine accountability and genuine apology.

He adds: 'My wife and I, we're moving on. We're focused on what's coming next.'

Speaking from his Montecito home following the death of the Duke of Edinburgh, Harry watches a video of black taxis lined up along The Mall outside Buckingham Palace as a mark of respect to the late Prince Philip, who always cruised around London in black cabs.

He says: 'That's nice.'

He and Meghan discuss how he can make it to the UK for Prince Philip's funeral after she has researched Covid regulations for him.

She tells him he can make it, but he has to fly the following day.

In the next scene, Harry kisses Meghan and Archie goodbye before leaving for London. 

Harry's friend Nicky speaks about the Prince's close relationship with the Duke of Edinburgh and says the pair shared lots of characteristics.

He says: 'I know the admiration was huge.'

As footage is played of Harry walking behind the procession at his grandfather's funeral, Nicky says: 'To be walking behind the coffin again must have brought up some other stuff as well.'

Harry reveals Prince Philip passed away 'quietly', 'peacefully' and 'happily'.

While Meghan speaks to Tyler Perry just after the Oprah interview aired, Harry interrupts her to show her his phone screen.

Meghan tells Tyler: 'H just got a text from his brother' before hanging up the call.

Harry, appearing upset, says: 'I wish I knew what to do' as Meghan rushes to give him a hug.

She says: 'Let's take a breather. Get some air and then decide.'

The content of the message is not revealed.

Meghan reveals Oprah Winfrey had first reached out to the couple when they were still living in Kensington Palace, but they did not sit down with her until the Spring of 2021.

Meghan says their intention was to 'fill in the blanks' when they sat down with Oprah.

She also reveals the couple saw the interview for the first time when it aired, like all other viewers.

The couple are filmed watching the interview as Harry covers Meghan's eyes at points.

Episode six opens with footage of Harry filmed on the 'Freedom Flight' from Canada to Los Angeles, just before international borders were shut down due to the Covid pandemic.

Harry speaks to the camera and says: 'This is the current situation thanks to another amazing friend who we've never met but who believes in us and wants to help.'

After the title credits roll, Tyler Perry is onscreen being interviewed, suggesting he is the 'amazing friend' Harry referred to.

Tyler says he is 'not a royal watcher' but first became aware of Harry and Meghan's story after seeing stories about Thomas Markle, who he claims had 'done some horrible things'.

He reveals he sent Meghan a letter before the wedding offering his support to her. She says she didn't make contact with him until the couple were in Canada.

She says: 'I was just crying and crying.'

Recalling how he offered the couple his house in LA, Tyler said: 'There was no plan.'

As he walks around the grounds with Tyler and Meghan, he reveals how the family was able to roam for six weeks undetected.

Historian David Olusoga says it was 'an even bigger disaster' that the Palace was 'unable' to protect Meghan because she 'looked like most of the people in The Commonwealth'.

He says: 'The Commonwealth is 2.5 billion, mainly Black and brown people. Here was a woman who just looked like most of the people in The Commonwealth and they somehow, for some reason, couldn't find the capacity to protect her, to represent her, to stand by her, to take on vested power in her name; to fight for her.'

Meghan reveals the first time the couple had seen the Royal Family was at the Commonwealth Day ceremony at Westminster Abbey.

Harry says: 'We were nervous seeing the family because, all the TV cameras and everybody watching at home and everybody watching in the audience, it was like living in a soap opera.'

He adds: 'I felt really distant from the rest of my family which was interesting because so much of how they operate is about what it looks like rather than what it feels like. And it looked cold, but it also felt cold.'

Meghan reveals that, after leaving Westminster Abbey, she did a quick outfit change and said goodbye to staff before flying back to Canada to see Archie.

She adds, at the end of the flight, the pilot took his hat off and told her: 'We appreciate everything you did for our country.'

She reflects: 'It was the first time that I felt like someone saw the sacrifice. Not for my own country. For this country. It's not mine.'

Meghan reveals meeting a security guard who has served Prince Harry for a long time, as she says: 'I just collapsed in his arms, crying.'

The couple recall packing up their things at Frogmore Cottage before leaving the UK to start a new life in the US.

Meghan says: 'It really gave us a chance to just, to look back at our whole love story.'

Harry says the couple had envisioned Archie 'running around Frogmore Cottage' but that their image 'changed really really quickly'.

Meghan says Harry was 'already on his own path' when the couple met, which is how he became attracted to her in the first place.

She describes their last week in the UK as 'bittersweet' while Harry says it was a 'real whirlwind'.

After referring to wanting to 'blend in' in her outfits in earlier episodes of the docuseries, Meghan describes how she 'wore a lot of colour' during her final week as a senior royal.

She says: 'I just felt like "let's just look like a rainbow".'

As Harry speaks on a Zoom call about social media abuse that has been directed at himself and Meghan, Christopher Bouzy of Bot Sentinel speaks about the research his company carried out on the Twitter trolling of the couple.

After analysing 114,000 tweets directing online hate at the couple, Bouzy says 70% of the online hatred was made by 83 accounts. 

The company analysed the accounts who appeared to be 'coordinating' how to target their tweets. He says: 'It's insane.'

After his data firm looked further into the nature of the accounts, Bouzy says they found that: 'These were housewives. These were middle-aged, Caucasian women creating just constant attacks.' 

He adds Samantha Markle, Meghan's half-sister, was one of the people involved in the attacks, and that she appeared to have 11 social media accounts.

Bouzy claims Samantha had her Twitter account suspended, but Bot Sentinel sent Twitter a list of '11 additional accounts' that Samantha had set up.

He says: 'We were baffled by this. How can the half-sister of Meghan be part of a hate group?'

A response from Samantha Markle's lawyer, delivered to Newsweek, says: 'Samantha's Twitter account has never been "suspended" but was instead "hacked" resulting in "imposter accounts" made by third parties to defame his client.'

Harry reflects on his relationship with his brother Prince William and how it has been affected.

He says: 'The saddest part of it was thie wedge created between myself and my brother so that he's now on the institution's side.

'Part of that, I get. I understand that, right? That's.. that's his inheritance. So to some extent it's already ingrained in him that his responsibility is the survival and continuation of this institution.'

He claims a 'joint statement' from the Palace disputing claims William had 'bullied' Meghan out of the Royal Family was made without his consent.

He says: 'I couldn't believe it. No one had asked me. No one had asked me permission to put my name to a statement like that.'

Harry says he told her about the statement which left her in 'floods of tears'.

He says: 'Within four hours they were happy to lie to protect my brother, and yet for three years, they were never willing to tell the truth to protect us.'

The couple describe this as the turning point in which they decided: 'There was no other option.'

Harry recalls saying: 'We need to get out of here.'

Harry recalls things getting heated in the meeting as he clashed with his brother Prince William.

He says: 'It was terrifying to have my brother scream and shout at me and my father say things that just simply weren't true, and my grandmother just quietly sit there and sort of take it all in.

'But you have to understand that from a family's perspective, especially hers, there are ways of doing things and her ultimate sort of mission, goal and responsibility is the institution.'

He says 'she's going to go on the advice that she's given' as he adds the meeting ended without an 'action plan'.

Harry says the family 'saw what they wanted to see'. 

After the Sussexes announced they were going to step down as senior royals, Harry recalls a meeting with other members of the family at Sandringham after Meghan had flown back to Canada to be with Archie.

Meghan says: 'Imagine a conversation a round table discussion about the future of your life when the stakes are this high and you as the mum and the wife and the target in many regards aren't invited to have a seat at the table.'

Harry replies: 'It was clear to me that they'd planned it so that you weren't in the room.'

Meghan nods.

Footage is played of Harry's 'happy memories' of Sandringham at Christmas, as he says: 'Now I was back there in very different circumstances.'

Harry claims he was given 'five options' as to the degree in which he and Meghan would be involved in the family, with one being 'all in, no change' and five being 'all out'.

He claims he chose option three which was 'half in, half out'. 

Harry recalls going to meet his grandmother on January 6 when the couple landed in London from Vancouver.

He says: 'She knew that we were finding it hard. I had spoken to her many times about it.'

He claims the Queen invited him and Meghan to stay and that she had no plans all week.

However, when the couple landed in Heathrow, they claim they were given an urgent message that they were not allowed to see the Queen, who had 'plans all week'.

Harry says: 'That's certainly the opposite of what she told me.'

He recalls calling his grandmother to clarify, at which point the Queen allegedly told him: 'I've been told that I'm busy all week.'

He says: 'I was like "wow".'

Meghan says: 'This is when a family and a family business are in direct conflict because they're blocking you from seeing the Queen. But really what they're doing is blocking a grandson from seeing his grandmother.'

Harry and Meghan describe how they began thinking about stepping down as senior royals while spending Christmas on Vancouver Island.

Harry recalls a phone call with King Charles at the end of the year in which he suggested the couple move to Canada.

Harry says: 'We thought it would be good to give ourselves some breathing space but also we were really passionate about continuing our work throughout the Commonwealth to support the Queen.'

He describes the suggested arrangement as: 'You get us but you get us for free' as he describes how the couple did not want to be funded by the taxpayer.

Harry reveals the couple had previously discussed moving to both New Zealand or South Africa.

When asked if she was close to her father, Meghan says: 'I mean, you know, family, so it's never ready, never perfect, but of course.'

She adds they spoke several times a week but that the relationship fell apart 'when the media got involved'.

Headlines and clips of Thomas Markle's interviews with newspapers and TV shows are played, which Meghan describes as 'incredibly painful'.

She says: 'The world is watching this drama play out.'

Meghan addresses interviews in which Thomas Markle criticised the royal family which was 'embarrassing' for them.

She says: 'It was a problem that needed to be solved and they wanted me to make it stop.'

Episode five begins with footage of Archie running through a maze while he is filmed by Harry, while Meghan speaks about her own childhood.

She says: 'I just wanted all these cousins and these people. I just wanted that. And I didn't have that big family.'

She adds that being pregnant with Archie made her excited that she could give him all the things she didn't have as a child.

Meghan says: 'I did everything that I could to make them proud and to really be a part of the family.

'And then the bubble burst.'

Harry and Meghan are pictured on their royal tour of South Africa in 2019 when Archie was just four months old.

James Holt describes the highs and lows of the Tour, which Lorren describes as 'full-on'.

Meghan recalls speaking to ITV's Tom Bradby when she admitted she had been struggling.

She says: 'I was just really grateful that someone seemed to ask me something like I was a human being.'

When the ITV documentary was broadcast and Meghan's comments made headlines around the world, Meghan and Harry say they were surprised to see her words make the final cut.

They then discuss the #WeLoveYouMeghan trending topic.

Harry says: 'No one in the family speaks that openly. No one had done, apart from one person. My Mum.'

More footage of the Martin Bashir interview with Princess Diana is played in which Diana says she was 'at the end of my tether, desperate'.

Doria Ragland tears up as she recalls meeting Archie for the first time, who was a 'tiny little thing'. 

She says: 'I'd never been a grandma before. I'm new to being a grandma.'

We see a sweet photo of Doria holding her newborn grandson as she smiles for the camera, before a black and white photo of a tiny Archie wrapping his hand around Harry's finger.

Meghan reveals Doria helped out with the baby for the first few months of his life before she flew back to LA, at which point the couple looked for a nanny.

Lorren Khumalo, Archie's former nanny, speaks for the first time.

She recalls getting a speeding ticket while on the way to Frogmore Cottage to meet with the Sussexes to discuss becoming Archie's nanny because she was so excited.

Lorren says: 'I see this guy, he's tall, he's ginger, and he's walking barefoot.

'And I have gone and bought a new pair of shoes in Clarks!'

She says she felt 'at ease' with the Sussexes, whom she describes as 'hands-on' parents.

We see a photo of Archie tied to Lorren's back in a mudcloth as Meghan reveals Lorren asked for permission to carry the child like this, as is traditional in Zimbabwe.

Meghan recalls replying: 'Yes!'

Meghan says she had concerns about giving birth to Archie.

She says: 'I had been really worried going into that labour because I'm older and I didn't know if I'd have to have a C-section.

'And I had a very long-standing relationship with my doctor. And that's who I trusted with my pregnancy.'

She recalls being told that her doctor was at Portland Hospital, and the steps where royal babies are usually announced were at a different hospital.

When Meghan suggested doing a photo call at Portland Hospital, she claims she was told: 'It's impossible.'

Harry and Meghan speak about their move to Frogmore Cottage on the Windsor Estate as holding 'so many memories' for them.

Photos of Meghan on the grounds and inside the cottage are played where she is heavily pregnant with Archie. 

Footage is played of Archie's birth being announced at Buckingham Palace as royal fans pop bottles of champagne and cheer.

A clip of American talk show The View is shown in which Whoopi Goldberg says: 'One of those babies is going to pop out looking like me.'

James Holt of Archewell recalls a Christmas party at Kensington Palace which eventually became two Christmas parties for the Sussexes' team and the Waleses' team.

He says this was the first sign of the two camps 'separating'. 

Young photos of Harry and William are shown as Harry says he will no longer 'play along with this game or this business of trading'. 

He adds: 'To see my brother's office copying the very same thing that we promised the two of us would never ever do - that was heartbreaking.'

A clip of the couple turning on the Christmas tree lights at Nottingham Cottage is played as Meghan speaks about being under 'control' of communications teams.

She says: 'I couldn't even text my friends a photo... You do as you're told and your world becomes more and more like this' as she brings her hands towards each other to symbolise something getting smaller.

In a moment that was previewed in one of the trailers for the docuseries, Harry describes a 'dirty game' within communications teams in the Royal Family.

He says: 'If the comms team want to be able to remove a negative story about their principal, they will trade and give you something about someone else's principal. 

'So the offices are working against each other.'

He adds: 'Willam and I saw what happened in our Dad's office and we made an agreement that we would never let that happen to our office.'

Meghan says: 'It was like, all of this will stop if I'm not here. 

'And that was the scariest thing about it. It was such clear thinking.'

Doria Ragland recalls speaking to Meghan about her daughter's suicidal thoughts and breaks down in tears. 

She says: 'That really broke my heart.'

Doria adds: 'That's not an easy one for a mum to hear... And I can't protect her. H can't protect her.'

Harry says: 'I was devastated. I knew that she was struggling, we were both struggling but I never thought that it would get to that stage.'

Meghan claims she wanted 'to go somewhere to get help' but adds she 'wasn't allowed to'.

She says: 'They were concerned about how that would look for the institution.'

Harry recalls Princess Diana being in 'floods of tears' in the car on the way to royal engagements before King Charles would tell her they were arriving.

At this point Harry says: 'And 30 seconds to wipe away the tears, slap on some make up and the the door opens and smile, everything's fine.'

James Holt of the Archewell Foundation says: 'The aim was to put [The Duke and Duchess of Sussex] in a box or make them irrelevant.'

Meghan's friend Lucy Fraser says: 'The internals at the palace were incredibly threatened by [the Duke and Duchess's popularity].'

Harry says: 'The issue is, when someone who is marrying in who should be a "supporting act" is then stealing the limelight, or is doing the job better than the person who is born to do this, then that upsets people. It shifts the balance.'

Meghan reveals she and Harry wrote daily messages to Archie when she was pregnant that are in a journal.

Harry says the couple 'had to' announce her pregnancy because she was beginning to show while they were on a royal tour of Australia, New Zealand and Fiji.

Abigail Spencer says the progress the royals were making 'seemed amazing', before adding: 'I don't understand what happened after that.'

Meghan recalls helping out survivors of the Grenfell Tower fire in June 2017 after she connected with a mosque, Al-Manaar, in the area.

We hear from a survivor, Munira Mahmud, who reveals she and her family were in a hotel for 19 months after the fire, living off takeaways.

She went to the local mosque where she began cooking in the kitchen.

'The whole idea was just to try and feel normal again and for a few hours forget that something happened,' she said.

She recalls Meghan arriving at the mosque and asking if she could help - so they asked her to wash 5kg of basmati rice.

Meghan reveals she went back several times over the next few months before Meghan eventually has the idea to make a cookbook.

Meghan says she 'had a really great time' with Her Majesty as she carried out their first joint royal engagement in Cheshire.

She reveals she 'treated her as my husband's grandma' after describing how the pair had eaten breakfast together that morning.

Meghan adds the Queen shared a blanket with the Duchess in the back seat of the car to keep them both warm.

She says she though: 'I recognise and respect and see that you are the Queen, but in this moment, I'm so grateful that there's a grandmother figure.

'Because that feels like family.'

She becomes emotional recalling the day as she speaks about her own grandmother, whom she nursed in her final years.

Meghan laughs recalling the wedding reception in which Sir Elton John performed for the guests. 

She says: 'I couldn't find my mum because she had beelined to the stage to watch Elton John sing.'

We see several new photos of the wedding reception.

They reveal their first dance was to Land of 1,000 Dances as Meghan says she wanted their wedding music 'to be fun'.

Serena Williams describes it as a 'courageous' decision to represent Meghan's background through the Kingdom Choir.

As footage is played of Meghan walking down the aisle, Harry reveals King Charles helped the couple choose and orchestra for the ceremony.

Meghan says: 'Him as my father-in-law was important to me' as she recalls how her father Thomas Markle had been 'lost' in the process.

Harry says that, although the eyes of the world were on him, he felt that: 'As far as I'm concerned it was just the two of us.'

The Duchess of Sussex looks back on her wedding day and says: 'All I wanted was a mimosa and a croissant' before she got married.

She adds: 'And that's what I did.'

Footage is played of crowds gathering on the streets of Windsor as guests including Meghan's pilates pal Heather Dorak saying it was 'crazy' to attend.

Meghan jokes: 'How funny is that to say? "I got to the castle for my wedding".'

She expresses her surprise that people were lining the street and recalls turning to Doria in disbelief.

Harry refers to himself as 'Diana's boy' as he talks about how he and William both got married. 

The fourth episode of Harry & Meghan opens with footage of Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip's wedding in a tribute to Prince Harry's late grandparents.

It then goes on to share footage of King Charles and Princess Diana's wedding.

The second part of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex's docuseries follows two further explosive trailers in which Meghan's lawyer claimed she had been used as a 'scapegoat'.

Harry also referred to lies being told 'to protect my brother' and claimed there was an unwillingness to 'tell the truth' to protect himself and his family.

The Daily Mail's royal editor Rebecca English has slammed Prince Harry and Meghan Markle over allegations that members of the royal household 'leaked' stories about the Duchess of Sussex to the press in order to get rid of stories about other family members.

Harry's frankly rude and unprofessional behaviour towards the Press was also never reflected in my copy. The impressive charity work he was doing deserved to be the star of the show.

In fact I have always had great sympathy with the prince's historic hostility to the media in general and wanted to try improve relations.

When, for example, Harry fell off his polo pony during match and appeared to have a very un-regal tantrum on the field, it was me who approached his team to say that it was clear something else was wrong and would it not be helpful to explain what, so that the incident wasn't presented in a negative light.

This was quite a daring move, I have to say, in the normally rather formal relations between palace and Press.

My request resulted in Harry ringing me from the airport in Barbados on an aide's phone to say that yes, he had been bet a significant amount of money for his charity, Sentebale, not to fall off and he was upset and frustrated at losing them that much-needed money.

According to trailers ahead of this morning's release, the royal household has been accused of deliberately planting negative stories about the Duke and Duchess of Sussex to deflect from less favourable coverage of other royals as part of 'a war against Meghan'.

In the latest trailer for the Sussexes' controversial Netflix documentary, the duchess’ lawyer Jenny Afia alleges she has seen evidence of briefing from the Palace against the couple, while Meghan’s friend Lucy Fraser says the duchess became a 'scapegoat for the Palace'.

The duchess also appears in the teaser, ahead of the release of the final three episodes on Thursday, saying: 'You would just see it play out, like a story about someone in the family would pop up for a minute and they'd go "We've got to make that go away".'

As Meghan spoke, footage was played of newspaper front pages with the headlines Meghan Made Kate Cry and Heir Heads – about Kate and Meghan's flower dress dispute and the Sussexes' use of private planes – along with others saying Meghan: I Won’t Parade With Baby and Celeb BB Royal 'Race' Row.

Even before the couple quit the royal family in favor of a life here in the US, there were several hot-button moments that could present the perfect opportunity for the pair to 'share their side of the story'.

From Meghan's decision to break royal protocol during the birth of her first child, Archie, to the Sussexes' recent allegations that palace insiders 'leaked' and 'made up' negative stories about them to protect other members of the Monarchy, there is no shortage of controversy set to be covered in the upcoming episodes. 

Then, of course, there is the couple's explosive March 2021 interview with Oprah Winfrey - during which they made several very damaging allegations about the royal family, the most sensational of which saw them accuse an unnamed senior royal of making racist comments about their son's skin tone. 

Will the couple finally reveal the name of that royal? Will they share 'their side' of the rift between themselves and the Prince and Princess of Wales?

Meghan Markle was last night accused of 'peddling conspiracy theories' by suggesting comments made by Ann Widdecombe in the Celebrity Big Brother house were part of a plot to turn her into a 'scapegoat'. 

Former Tory MP Ms Widdecombe, 75, was dragged into the furore after the latest trailer for Meghan and Harry's Netflix documentary suggested Palace aides 'fed' negative stories about the couple to the media as a 'distraction' technique. 

In yesterday's teaser clip, the Duchess of Sussex, 41, and her allies claimed there was a 'war against Meghan' that saw people briefed to tell unfavourable stories about her and the Duke, 38, in a bid to make damaging tales about other royals 'go away'. 

Alongside the visuals appears a newspaper article on how Ms Widdecombe branded the Duchess 'trouble' during her stint on Big Brother in 2018. 

However the ex-politician said last night that Meghan is 'paranoid' if she believes she had been 'briefed' to make the comment.

The second half of Harry and Meghan's Netflix documentary is thought to focus on the breakdown of relations between the Sussexes and the rest of the royal family.

The last three episodes look set to explore the Megxit crisis, when Harry and Meghan stepped down from royal life to move to the US.

In trailers for today's release, Prince Harry is heard saying: 'There was no other option at this point…I said "we need to get outta here".'

The final three episodes of Harry and Meghan's bombshell Netflix docuseries will air this morning with the Royal family bracing for fresh accusations of 'leaked stories'.

A trailer released by Netflix showed the couple making claims that the Palace briefed against the Sussexes to deflect attention from less favourable coverage of other royals.

The Royal family and Palace aides will be bracing themselves for 'truthbombs' in the second installment, released at 8am GMT, with The Firm facing accusations it leaked negative stories as part of a 'war against Meghan'.

Meghan's lawyer Jenny Afia, in a trailer released on Wednesday, alleged she had seen evidence of briefing from the Palace against the couple to suit other people's agenda.

Despite Buckingham Palace's determination not to comment on Netflix's Sussexes saga, courtiers have been assigned to watch the documentaries and produce a list of potential rebuttals as well as inaccuracies.

These are, apparently, to be cross-checked for howlers and given the once-over by royal lawyers before being locked in a drawer ready to be produced should the need ever arise.

A source says the Palace may be giving the impression of insouciance right now but is stockpiling ammunition just in case it needs to stop the Sussex bandwagon in its tracks.

Netflix documentary series about Prince Harry and his wife Meghan racked up more viewing time on the streaming service than any other documentary during its first week, the company said on Tuesday.

The first three episodes of Harry and Meghan recorded 81.55 million viewing hours after its debut last Thursday, Netflix said in a statement. More than 28 million households watched at least part of the series.

Harry and Meghan was the second-most watched English-language series on Netflix globally last week, behind only Addams Family drama Wednesday. Harry and Meghan was the number one English-language series during the week in Britain.

Large viewing figures are also expected for this week's episodes.

Netflix has released a series of trailers ahead of this morning's episodes, and they look to be far more specific than the first three.

While last week's episodes saw multiple veiled jibes towards the royals, it is feared this week will see individual family members named by the Sussexes.

Royal experts have predicted that today's Netflix episodes will constitute a form of 'revenge' on the royal family by the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.

Multiple trailers released ahead of the release at 8am this morning have suggested today's episodes will see a series of attacks on members of the royal family and the press - but the exact content is unknown.

This includes the claim that Meghan was 'fed to the wolves' by the family, who allegedly leaked stories about her to the press.

Royal commentator Richard Fitzwilliams said: 'The question is, to benefit which royals and who knew about it? Which other members of the royal family were involved or were courtiers briefing without their knowledge?

'William was named in an earlier trailer by Harry. This will be catastrophic for the relationship between the once close brothers.'
