Students were allegedly threatened with suspension if they took pictures of their controversial transgender teacher who has size Z prosthetic breasts.
Parents at the Halton School District, in Ontario, Canada, claimed some students were warned they would be suspended from classes if they continue filming and photographing Oakville Trafalgar High School shop teacher Kayla Lemieux.
Lemieux made headlines earlier in the fall following widely circulated pictures of her in class with the massive prosthetics, as well as her trip skydiving with a porn star.
Students have since shared videos of Lemieux in other schools while she recovers from a foot injury, showing her walking with crutches and sitting besides a student who appeared to be vaping, the Toronto Sun reports.
The district has now sent out a warning reminding students that they are not allowed to take pictures of anyone in school unless they get their permission.
Along with complaints over the alleged suspension warnings, parents claimed 'Lemieux gets a personal escort [and] protection' everywhere she goes after the district received a series of bomb threats.
Ontario students were allegedly being threatened with suspension for filming and photographing Oakville Trafalgar High School shop teacher Kayla Lemieux. The controversial teacher, who wears size Z prosthetic breasts, was seen in crutches last week
Lemieux, who garnered backlash on social media over her attire, was also recently filmed sitting beside a student who appeared to be vaping in class
The Halton District School Board suggested it would be a violation of the Ontario Human Rights Code to criticize or stop la Lemieux, who began transitioning from a man to a woman last year, from wearing the huge breast prosthetics (above)
While skydive instructor and male porn star Alexandre Boisvert described Lemieux's skydive as 'challenging,' there were no reports the teacher was injured on the trip.
The Halton District School Board, however, said that Lemieux sustained a foot injury and had to step away from her usual shop class duties as she recovers.
She was then filmed hobbling along with crutches at the Dr. Frank J. Hayden Secondary School, in Burlington, and working as a substitute teacher at Abbey Park High School, in Oakville.
Parents in the schools told the Sun that police were seen in both buildings as the district has increased security following two back-to-back bomb threats last month.
The Halton District School Board has repeatedly defended Lemieux decision to transition and wear women's attire, and said that the matter of the size Z prosthetic breasts are a 'personnel matter.'
School board spokesperson Heather Francey reiterated that the district cannot comment on Human Resources matters.
She added that students must obey the district's ‘Responsible Use Procedures for Information and Communications Technology’ policy.
'It is routine practice for students to obtain permission of any subject at any time (including other students, staff or any person) before capturing, using and transmitting images or video,' she told the Sun. 'This policy helps guide that standard courtesy across our board.'
The district did not immediately respond to DailyMail.coms request for additional comments.
According to photos posted by male porn star Voodoo Pornstar, he took Oakville Trafalgar High School shop teacher Kayla Lemieux skydiving back in October
He wrote in the caption of the tweeted photos: 'I took him skydiving and his hair came off. No problems with the huge fake breasts. Those stayed in place'
Just before the jump he tweeted: 'About to throw the #Oakville #transgender #teacher out of a plane. S*** is about to get real. Stay tuned'
In his bio, Voodoo describes himself as 'THE CONSERVATIVE PORNSTAR SKYDIVER'
Lemieux, began transitioning from male to female in 2021, but only recently appeared in school with the prosthetics.
The district has claimed that interfering or criticizing the teacher would go against the Ontario Human Rights Code.
'The HDSB recognizes the rights of students, staff, parents/guardians and community members to equitable treatment without discrimination based upon gender identity and gender expression.
Gender identity and gender expression are protected grounds under the Ontario Human Rights Code,' the board said in a statement.
Lemieux was pictured and recorded by students wearing the large prosthetics in class. The pictures have gone viral, with many criticizing the teacher's attire
Meanwhile, parents and students at the high school appeared split on the issue.
Owen LaPlante, a 12th grader at the school, told the Toronto Sun that while some people support Lemieux, others are not comfortable with the situation.
'I'm okay with it,' he said. 'I know some of my friends are a little uncomfortable with it, but I think she should be able to express herself however she wants to.'
Yuxuan Xie, a student in grade 10, told the Sun that most of the kids in school seem to have brushed the incident off.
'I don't really hear anyone talking about it,' he said. 'I think, maybe, we don't care about that.'
A woman identifying herself as Lei, a mother of a senior at the school, told the Sun that while she was ok with Lemieux coming out as a trans woman, she said wearing such large prosthetics was too much.
'I think he's going a little too far,' Lei said. 'I think identifying himself is ok, but I think that just wearing that in the classroom... I still have concerns over that.'
