NYPD searches for man who stabbed woman multiple times after throwing a chair at Brooklyn restaurant

Cops have launched a manhunt for a brute who stabbed his ex-girlfriend multiple times at her workplace.

The NYPD is searching for Raiken Figueroa after he attacked the unidentified 39-year-old at the Brooklyn restaurant.

He is accused of smashing his way into Cava on Adams Street using a chair before launching his knife rampage at 8am on Thursday.

The woman, whose name has not been released, had been working at the time, officers said. Figueroa allegedly then fled to scene and has not been seen since.

The NYPD told DailyMail.com on Wednesday the victim was stabbed throughout her entire body.

The spokesman said she was rushed to hospital where she was said to be in a stable condition.

Police called for witnesses to come forward and anyone who knows Figueroa's whereabouts to hand him in.

They also released two photographs of the suspect, including what appeared to be a former mugshot.
