And on Friday, Gwyneth Paltrow shared a video on her brand's Instagram as showed how she dry brushed her body in her sauna.

Gwyneth, 50, wore a bathing suit as she sat in her luxe sauna after a workout session.

It's the morning and I have finished my exercise and I have time to take a quick sauna,' she said in the video.

The clip was titled 'The G.Tox 7-Day Reset Kit Day 2.'

'So I'm dry brushing in here today,' as it said that she dry brushes 15 minutes daily.

 'Otherwise I would just do it right before shower. But I love doing it before the sauna,' she said as she dry brushed her legs.

'It's incredibly exfoliating and invigorating and it feels like it helps gets the circulation going like it brings the blood to the surface of the skin to really jumpstart that detoxification process,' the Oscar winner explained.

Her video for Goop comes after her podcast interview with Katy Perry.

During her interview, Katy opened up to Gwyneth about her fiance Orlando Bloom, whom she shares two-year-old daughter Daisy with.

The popstar called Orlando the 'most sincere' person.

Gwyneth said she 'remembers' when the singer and Orlando first met and how he instantly fell for her.

The mom of two said: '[Orlando's] eyes were so lit up. He was like, "I've never felt like this." And he was like bouncing up and down."'

 Katy and Orlando met in 2016 after she broke up with John Mayer.

Katy said Orlando was the 'first man that I met' that was 'consistent' and 'kept showing up' for her despite seeing her at her 'absolute worst.'

Katy explained that the pair had broken up at one point because she 'was testing him like, "do you REALLY love me?"

'Because a lot of people love me on the surface but like I am about to show you how f***ing crazy I am. And can you take it? And he could take it! And he was there and he was strong and that is a real man.'

The duo eventually got back together and Orlando proposed Valentine's Day 2019.

Katy added that another good sign is that 'dogs and babies' love the English hunk.
