Glover Teixeira and Jamahal Hill go head-to-head this weekend with the vacant light-heavyweight title up for grabs.
The match-up comes just over a month after Jan Blachowicz and Magomed Ankalaev squared off for the same prize, only for the bout to end a draw with neither therefore claiming the vacant title.
The light-heavyweight strap became vacant after Jiri Prochazka - who won the belt with victory over Teixeira last summer - suffered a serious shoulder injury and was left unable to defend his crown.

Teixeira had been scheduled to take on Prochazka in an enticing rematch prior to the Czech star's unfortunate injury, before turning down the opportunity to fight Ankalaev in December, but he now finally gets his opportunity to become a two-time UFC champion at the age of 43.
In what is the first major UFC event of the year, Deiveson Figueiredo and Brandon Moreno will also compete in the sport's first-ever "quadrilogy", with the UFC flyweight belt on the line.
With the spectacle swiftly approaching, Sportsmail takes you through everything you need to know.
The clash between Teixeira and Hill scheduled to take place on Saturday, January 21 at the Jeunesse Arena in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
The non-televised early preliminary card will start at 11pm for those in the UK, with the preliminary card getting underway at 1am and the main card beginning at 3am on Sunday morning.
The pair are expected to touch gloves at around 4am, though that will of course depend on the results beforehand.
There is also plenty of action on the undercard, as stated, with Figueiredo and Moreno notably going toe-to-toe in the co-main event.
