USMNT interim head coach Anthony Hudson remains without a win following the team's goalless stalemate with Colombia in California Saturday night.
The temporary boss continued to experiment with a youthful side with former head coach Gregg Berhalter being investigated by US Soccer, but neither team could find the breakthrough in the friendly fixture.
The USA lost 2-1 to Serbia in Hudson's first match in charge on Wednesday with who will take the No. 1 job permanently uncertain following the bombshell 'blackmail' scandal.

No need for melatonin, Aspirin PM, or sleeping aids tonight. Just put the second half of this match on and I guarantee you’ll be asleep before the final whistle.
Each side finishes the night in the double-digits for fouls.
Colombia hit double-digit shots, but only had one on target.
That's likely the last shot of the match...
It's a decent effort from both players, but they just can't connect
Just end this already.
His head caught all of Acosta's cross and it goes high and into the stands

Will we find ourselves a goal in this half?
OFF: Alvaro Montero / ON: Jose Chunga (Keeper change)
OFF: Christian Arango / ON: Diber Cambindo
OFF: Eryk Williamson

There are a lot of shots in this one, but nothing seems really worth the time of either keeper.
Will anyone break the ice?
Arriola goes down to the keeper's left just a few feet outside the box...
But Acosta's ball doesn't get to the front of Ferreira's head, instead going out of the area and the ball is given to Colombia
Action's been back-and-forth but nothing has been terrifying either keeper
A perfectly weighted ball for Hoppe from Ferreira, but Hoppe doesn't take advantage of the chance on the breakaway - hitting it right at the keeper
Two fouls on the play as the US gives Colombia the ball back
Valoyes tackles Arriola as the winger had a breakaway down the right flank. Valoyes didn't make an attempt on the ball and he will get a Yellow Card for it.
Then Ferreira fouls Campuzano in the box, giving away the free kick.
Hernandez's first ball for Arango is behind the striker, and he slips.
The second chance shot from Borrero is no challenge for Johnson.
They're going back to the drawing board after this one
The ball clearly deflects off the arm of what appears to be Hernandez, but it did so after he attempted to clear it with his foot. No VAR here, and there's no handball either.
Velasquez hits a slow rolling shot after seeing Johnson far off his line.
Johnson reaches out to try and make the sove, but it's not needed as the ball rolls wide and out of the right post.
A slide-rule pass was swallowed by the newly-minted Toronto FC keeper
The second shot from the debutant of the night, it looked like a great opportunity but just out.
The ensuing corner isn't one to write home about.
Acosta swings it in... and it's headed away. But the US retains possession.
A great save from the Colombia keeper off an excellent linkup from the Americans.
It's pretty back and forth so far, but the United States seems to have gotten more opportunities in this one.
A low cross in from Valoyes gets gobbled up by Johnson after a sloppy pass from Aaron Long resulted in a turnover
Hoppe tees one up perfectly for Aaronson, but the youngster kinda just skims a shot within diving range of the keeper who handles it easily
We're already not behaving this game, with an early yellow card dealt out
After a moment of celebration for Pele, Grant Wahl, and Kevin Payne, the ball has been kicked and this game is underway.
We are live from Dignity Health Sports Park in Carson, CA
It's a beautiful 60°F day in the Los Angeles-area, with the players set to kick things off at the home of the LA Galaxy
A shot from John Harkes deflected off the foot of Andres Escobar and into his own net at the World Cup at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena - just up the road from Carson.
That was the first goal in a 2-1 loss for Colombia that saw them eliminated from the World Cup.
Andres Escobar was murdered when he arrived back home as a result of this unfortunate error.
The United States has defeated Colombia exactly three times in their entire history: a 1-0 win in October 1984, a tragic 2-1 win at the 1994 FIFA World Cup, and a 3-0 win in March of 2005.
Since that last win, the USA has a record of 0-1-5, including a four-match losing streak.
While DeJuan Jones gets a start after his substitute appearance days ago, starters like Julian Gressel, Gaga Slonina, and Aidan Morris all take a seat to start this game.
These three are all on the bench, as are others who made their debut like Jonathan Gomez, Brandon Vazquez, Alan Sonora, and Jalen Neal.
Earlier this week, we talked about six players to watch as they all made their debuts with the USMNT.
The defender was described by Anthony Hudson as a 'big character' and 'great to have around' while also owning, 'a real dogged determination'
There are an estimated 115,392 Colombian-Americans living in California.
Add in roughly 16,000 in the neighboring states of Nevada and Arizona and you have a high possibility of USA fans being outnumbered.
There are only 27,000 seats at Dignity Health Sports Park - where tonight's game is being held.
I guess it's less embarrassing to be outnumbered there than say, the Rose Bowl
Last Wednesday's preferential start time for the West Coast did not have its intended effect, as thousands of seats sat empty for the 2-1 loss to Serbia.
This time around, the USMNT sent out an advisory via Twitter that this match is sold out.
There will surely be a few dozen American fans sprinkled in amongst a sea of Colombia supporters.
The Aaronsons of Medford, New Jersey are now the eighth pair of brothers to have played for the American national team.
Two debuts tonight: Paxten Aaronson suits up for the United States for the first time as does John Tolkin of the New York Red Bulls, playing alongside former teammate Aaron Long.
Meanwhile, Sean Johnson - who just announced he was signing with Toronto FC - stands between the posts for the USMNT. He's one of five players who were called up to Gregg Berhalter's World Cup squad that takes the field tonight.
