The supermodel, 48, who was once famed for her partying, told in the caption how she sometimes meditates in the fields early in the morning and said how her garden is 'where she feels happiest'.
She looked gorgeous in an oversized white shirt as she held a bunch of the flowers she had picked and brushed her blonde tresses off he face.
Reflecting on her connection with nature and the outdoors she penned in the caption: 'I started spending a lot of time in my garden in the pandemic and noticing flowers that I didn't even know I had.

'It's become my favourite place now; where I feel happiest. I go out into the field and meditate sometimes early in the morning before the world is awake.'
It comes after late last year Kate revealed her self care-centered brand Cosmoss helped to change her life as she turned her back on her wild ways.
Taking to Instagram Kate shared a stunning photo from her latest interview with ES Magazine and spoke about her journey with the brand.
Kate explained: 'When I started to take care of myself, things began to change. They say that self-care is part of self-love. That's what we all need, that's what I needed, to follow the Cosmoss.
'Happiness is little things. Yesterday I picked a load of flowers from my garden for my stepfather's birthday — sweet peas and dahlias.
'That makes me happy I think I'm the happiest I've ever been.'
The model announced the launch of her brand Cosmoss last August, as she shared a video of herself wild swimming completely naked to social media.
Kate, who currently lives a much more wholesome lifestyle in the Cotswolds, claimed the brand is 'self-care created for life's modern journeys'.

She posted the artistic black-and-white footage of herself on Instagram - which showed her wading through the water's edge before diving into the lake.
The launch of Cosmoss is a move that marks Kate out as the latest celebrity to join the already convoluted health and wellness market.
But at £412 for the lot, fans will have to dig deep for her products – not least the £105 Golden Nectar serum, which contains the 'mythical' tears of Chios, a plant resin produced on the Greek island.
The products, made from 'potent, natural substances', are split into three rituals which are said to balance the 'body and soul with the natural environment and the circadian cycles.'

The first step in the supermodel's daily routine is the £287 dawn ritual, which fills the body with 'positive energy'.
This includes a £21 antioxidant 'dawn tea 'to bring us gently out of the dream world' followed by a £52 cleanser and £95 anti-ageing face cream.

It is then finished with the £120 Sacred Mist eau de parfum which 'envelopes you with its hypnotic yet grounding fragrance' to 'provide a sense of inner peace'.
During the daytime, Kate advises using her 'moodboosting' fragrance again, followed by the Golden Nectar serum – a CBD infused 'ultimate antioxidant oil'.
With an eye-watering price-tag for only 30ml, it is described as 'an everyday indulgence which takes care of your skin, body, mind and soul'.
