Lil Wayne accepts $28MILLION offer for stunning 10,632-square-foot waterfront mansion in Miami Beach

Lil Wayne has accepted a $28million offer on his stunning 10,632-square-foot waterfront island mansion in Miami Beach and has turned a $11million profit in the process.

The 40-year-old rapper - born Dwayne Michael Carter Jr. - accepted an offer for his estate in one of the East Coast beach city's most exclusive neighborhoods of Allison Island on February 3 according to a Tuesday report from TMZ.

Wayne - who recently performed at the 2023 Grammys - had initially listed the luxe property back in September for $29.5 before knocking it down to $28million.

Regardless, the former Cash Money Records star made quite the profit as he spent just $17million on the property four years ago.

The publication reports that though the sale is pending, it is close to being finalized as Cyril Matz of Douglas Elliman is representing for the Lollipop hitmaker.

Back in 2018, Wayne had purchased the sprawling property  on Miami Beach's Allison Island for nearly $17million according to the Wall Street Journal at the time.

According to the listing the stunning home features seven bedrooms with nine bathrooms and two half baths. 

No doubt the new owners will enjoy some privacy as it is located within a gated community on Allison Island.

The estate features a tall mahogany-clad entryway which looks very inviting upon arrival.

There is also a massive living room featuring 22-foot ceilings which will no doubt be a wonderful place to host parties.

Adding to the luxury is a movie theater featuring suede wall coverings.

Perhaps the best feature of all is a massive pool with a stunning bay front view of Miami beach.

No doubt the new owners will be enjoying plenty of amazing home-cooked meals in the bright and open kitchen featuring Italian cabinetry with Subzero and Wolf appliances.

Those appliances are also adjacent to the exposed courtyard which features 20 foot 'living' walls.  

There is also a separate butler's kitchen and staff quarters with a dedicated entrance. In addition there are individual wine cellars throughout the property.

Meanwhile, Wayne was featured in a star-studded performance at the 65th Annual Grammy Awards on Sunday.

He was joined by Beyonce's husband Jay-Z, DJ Khaled, Rick Ross, John Legend, and Fridayy as they did hit God Did outside of Crypto.com Arena in downtown Los Angeles.
