Biden lawyers handed over boxes of documents in BOSTON

A new detail in the web of information about the trail of Biden documents came to light Friday when the National Archives released email traffic that referenced documents in Boston.

The email, from National Archives lawyer Gary Stern, came days after classified material was discovered in the offices of Biden's DC think tank office at the Penn Biden Center.

Biden and federal officials have located documents at Penn Biden and at Biden's Wilmington home, and have searched his Delaware beach house after the initial discovery at Penn Biden days before the November elections.

It came amid more twists and turns in the widening saga, as the FBI found another document marked classified at former Vice President Mike Pence's house, and lawyers for former President Donald Trump handed over another folder bearing classified markings.

'Please ensure that the boxes in your office in Boston remain secure in a locked space and are not accessed by anyone,' Stern wrote Biden lawyers Bob Bauer and Patrick Moore.

That follows a report last month by CNN that Penn Biden had shipped Biden speeches and 'reference material' to Moore's Boston law office.

The email is included in a 74-page filing released Friday by the Archives as part of a Freedom of Information Act request. They trace the response after the first classified documents were discovered. Special Counsel Robert Hur is probing the Biden documents matter.

Moore responds and offers to bring in a law partner 'who can work with you tomorrow to access our office and pick up materials there.'

Other emails deal with such mundane matters as arranging for parking during the pickups.

White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre declined comment when asked about it at Friday's press briefing.

The FBI searched former Vice President Mike Pence's Indiana home for more classified documents

The FBI is set to arrive at Mike Pence's Indiana home on Friday morning to search for classified documents, according to local media

The development came on a day the FBI searched Mike Pence's Indiana home and discovered an additional document marked classified, according to Pence's lawyer. Pence's team had earlier discovered classified material after the Biden situation came to light.

There was not immediate indication that the material in Boston included items marked classified. 

Meanwhile, lawyers for former President Donald Trump turned over another folder with classified markings to the government, ABC News reported.

It was discovered 'in the Mar-a-Lago complex' and not inside the storage facility that the FBI searched under a subpoena. 

More than 300 documents marked classified were discovered at Trump's Florida club following the search this summer. Trump has tried to brush off the empty folders marked classified that were previously discovered, saying he liked to keep them as souvenirs.
