Here is the shocking moment a bully at an upstate New York middle school picks up a kid half his size and throws him onto the concrete ground.
The incident involved a ninth grade student picking on a sixth grader at the Cosgrove Middle School in Spencerport, just west of Rochester, on Monday afternoon.
The accused bully has since been removed from school, and his victim's parents have filed a police report with assault charges pending, according to News10NBC.
At a school board meeting this week, board vice president Michael Miceli said they were investigating the incident.
Parents who attended the meeting said the video was 'horrifying,' and that it made 'your stomach turn.'
Neither police nor Cosgrove Middle School had responded to DailyMail.com requests for comment at the time of publication.

In the brief video, the ninth grade student standing nearly twice as tall as his victim approaches the sixth grader during what appears to be dismissal at the school.
As crowds of kids pass by on a concrete curb in front of a row of school buses, the larger student grabs his victim from behind and holds him in place while berating him verbally.
The sixth grader could be seen throwing his hands in the air while repeating 'it was the other dude.' But his attacker maintained his hold over him.
As the two argued, what appeared to be a girl's voice could be heard shrieking with laughter at the situation.
The ninth grader then suddenly reaches down and grabs the sixth grader behind the knee, and with the other hand still holding the boy from behind picks him up off his feet into the air.
He then slams the kid down onto the ground, where the boy lands hard on his side, before springing to his feet and fleeing through a crowd of students.

Parent Lisa Watson questioned whether students were facing proper consequences from the school
The school said the older student 'sought out' his victim before the attack.
During the school's board meeting this week, the school said it would make sure there would be no such behavior at the school in the future.
'We take this act of violence very seriously,' said Miceli. 'We will support any strict disciplinary consequences once the investigation concludes.'
'Finally, with this devastating video going viral, our primary concern is to support the well-being of our Cosgrove student,' he added.
After the meeting parents told News10NBC they were satisfied with the board's response at the meeting, with one saying 'I do think that at this point there's not too much they can say or do.'
Another parent said she was concerned about whether bullies were facing proper consequences for their actions.
'Are consequences not being given, I don't know,' parent Lisa Watson said. 'It just seems like the same students are acting inappropriately, and that's to be a safe term.'
