Speaking on the show with co-host Hoda Kotb, 58, Jenna branded her beau a 'hero' for rushing to the rescue
Jenna revealed the three had sat down and were having a 'lovely' conversation before explaining that she was sitting with her back to the restaurant, while Henry was facing outward.
'All of a sudden, he says, "That woman is choking!" He gets up, he runs over, and he gives a woman the Heimlich maneuver for, it felt like it was 10 minutes,' she said.
As Henry continued to attempt to save her life, other diners rushed over to try to help.
Jenna then said that as he kept trying to rescue the woman, Henry begged the other men to 'keep going' as he began to lose hope.
But Henry's efforts paid off as Jenna revealed the woman 'survived' and '911 arrived.'
Hoda was stunned by Henry's actions and Jenna agreed, adding that his training as an Eagle Scout helped.
'People were saying to him, like, "Are you a doctor?" And he was like, "No, I was an Eagle Scout,"' she said while giggling.
Jenna then revealed that her dad, former President George W. Bush, also helped save a woman from choking in the 1970s.

She explained that her father was giving a speech when he spotted a choking woman in the crowd.
Jenna said: 'He jumped off the podium, because he's the only one who had the view of her, and did the Heimlich and saved her life.'
Hoda was overjoyed that 'both of the most important men' in Jenna's life would jump to rescue a stranger.
Jenna agreed and said she made sure her husband knew how important he was to her.
'I texted [Henry] this morning, and I was like, "You are my hero,"' she said while becoming emotional. 'He is. What a good guy. He's not just going to sit back and watch something bad happen. He's going to help.'
Jenna and her husband tied the knot in 2008 and share three children: Mila, nine; Poppy, seven; and Hal, three.
