A self-described gang member with multiple arrests for weapons offenses who mocks police for his TikToks has taunted the New York Police Department after they issued an alert warning about his behavior.
Richard Sharp, 24, goes by the name 'Famous Richard' on his TikTok page, and has 8,700 followers.
His page includes clips of him wagging his finger and mocking Times Square performers, ridiculing a crying man, and interacting with gangs of young people.
It also includes at least eight clips captioned: 'New York Police', showing him setting out to provoke members of the NYPD.

On Friday, Sharp crowed about the poster.

Sharp pats his side, to suggest he too is carrying a holstered gun, and says: 'They're talking about NYPD out looking for me ok. I'm gonna keep that thing with me too, Shorty.'
