Chilling footage of accused 'cult mom' killer Lori Vallow claiming she is a 'ticking time bomb' has resurfaced amid her blockbuster murder trial.
The video was recorded in 2004, the same year Vallow, then in her late 20s, appeared on Wheel of Fortune.
Vallow allegedly murdered her children over three years ago after believing the second coming of Christ was imminent and that her children were 'zombies'.
But almost two decades earlier, the then-hairstylist made several TV appearances, including one ominous moment at the Mrs Texas Beauty Pageant where she insisted 'being a good mom is very important to me.'
After claiming she is also a 'good wife and a good worker', a wide-eyed Vallow said: 'Being all those things together is not easy... I'm basically a ticking time bomb'.

Accused killer Lori Vallow appeared on Wheel of Fortune in 2004, almost two decades before she allegedly killed her two children
Vallow's alleged crime shocked the nation after the bodies of two of her children, Tylee and JJ, were found buried in her husband Chad Daybell's yard in June 2020.
She is currently standing trial on murder charges, but two decades earlier, she described her life in glowing terms while enjoying a stint on Wheel of Fortune.
A cheerful looking Vallow told host Pat Sajak: 'I have a wonderful husband at home, Joseph, who is watching our two beautiful children, Colby, who is seven, and Tylee, who is one.'
'We like to play all kinds of sports on our three acres,' she added, to which Sajak remarked 'it sounds like you have a nice life.'
Her other son Colby, who she mentions in her appearance on Wheel of Fortune, was arrested in September for allegedly sexually assaulting his estranged wife. The charges against him were later dropped.
While taking part on the long-running game show, Vallow wore a tight pink sweater as she gleefully played along in the money-making game.
The future-murder suspect found quick success on the show, winning several thousand dollars after correctly guessing the 'classic TV' genre segment.
After joking she'd take a risky play during the game because she 'has no money', the beauty queen found herself as the episode's winner, scooping an impressive $17,500.
Vallow, then in her late 20s, eerily described her 'wonderful husband' and 'beautiful children' on the game show, where she won $17,500
Vallow appeared at the beauty pageant after winning the Mrs Hays County title, before also appearing on game show Wheel of Fortune in 2004
That same year, Vallow made a bizarre statement while attempting to impress judges during the Mrs Texas pageant.
Wearing her sash noting her as the reigning Mrs Hays County winner, Vallow was asked: 'Tell us who you are, what makes you tick?'
'Being a good mom is very important to me,' she said. 'And a good wife, and a good worker.'
But her heartwarming description of her family life was ominously followed by a strange moment, where she admitted that 'being all those things together is not easy.'
'So, I'm basically a ticking timebomb.'
'Doomsday cult mom' Lori Vallow's trial for the murders of her children JJ, 7, and Tylee, 16 started on Monday. She is pictured in August 2022
Lori Vallow, 49, had been due to stand trial alongside her husband Chad Daybell, 54, but their cases were separated earlier this month
Vallow allegedly murdered her children over three years ago after her religion led her to believe she would play an important role in a looming apocalypse, during which only 144,000 'chosen' souls would survive.
She allegedly believed her own children, JJ, seven, and Tylee, 16, were not among the 'chosen', and were instead 'zombies' possessed by evil spirits. They were found buried in shallow graves at her husband Chad Daybell's Idaho property in June 2020.
The 49-year-old is also accused of conspiracy to murder Daybell's ex-wife Tammy, 49. Daybell, a known apocalyptic and Mormon-faith based author, is set to face a separate trial over the killings.
During the second day of Vallow's trial Tuesday, a detective who searched for her missing children described in gruesome detail how investigators had to take turns digging at Daybell's property because the smell of decomposing flesh was so unbearable.
Detective Ray Hermosillo apologized as he recounted the discoveries because he was forced to use such grim language in the description, which came as jurors were also shown harrowing photographs of the crime scene.
