A New York judge ordered socialite Libbie Mugrabi to fork over $1.8 million in unpaid rent and utilities on a lavish Upper East Side condo she once lived in.
Mugrabi, 43, was cited in two lawsuits that claimed she stopped paying her $28,000 a month rent on the East 82nd Street apartment during the COVID-19 pandemic.
On Wednesday Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Debra James granted the property's landlord a $1,815,238 judgment which includes taxes, court papers show.
In an interview with The New York Post, however, the socialite said she had no knowledge of the judgment and that she moved out years ago.
Mugrabi - the ex-wife of billionaire art dealer David Mugrabi - said she permanently relocated to a home in the Hamptons and said of the reward granted in court that it 'seems insane.'
Mugrabi had been issued an eviction notice from the property in October before the lawsuits against her were filed.

During a previous hearing, the lawyers for the landlord claimed Mugrabi and her family members did not move out until November.
Lawyer Todd Rose said the socialite did not move out until the day before she was set to be evicted from the Yorkville property.
Mugrabi was not present at the hearing nor were any representatives.
Rose claimed in February that Mugrabi's refusal to move out nearly cost his client his Park Mansion property.
'Mugrabi didn't pay rent for so long that my client almost foreclosed on his mortgage, almost losing his building,' Rose said at the time.
According to the lawyer, Mugrabi - despite winning millions in her divorce settlement - filed a hardship application during the pandemic.
'This is a fraud upon the system,' Rose said.
While speaking with The Post, Mugrabi fought back on the claims, stating she only filed for hardship assistance because her ex had stopped helping her out financially.
She maintains she moved out years ago and said she just 'assumed' her landlord had been notified.
'My mistake was never letting the landlord know that I moved out,' Mugrabi said.

DailyMail.com first covered the controversy in 2020.
Due to the COVID-19 eviction moratorium which did not expire until January 2022, Mugrabi could not be booted from the home.
Mugrabi and her billionaire ex-husband went through a messy divorce in 2020, which included a fight over a $72million Manhattan townhouse, his family's art collection estimated to be worth $5billion, and their Hamptons home.
The couple had two children and were together for 13 years prior to their separation.
