Actor Anthony Edwards - known for his star turns in Top Gun and ER - has listed his stunning oceanside California vacation home for $6.5million.

The 'quintessential' Southern California beach house sits on a private 10,000-square-foot lot and is enshrouded in 19th Century history, 'when the Doheny family entered into the development of Dana Point.'
'This home was one of their reserved beach houses, which was also highlighted as the original model of what Dana Point beach house looked like, similar to the houses in Beverly Hills - a classic Spanish colonial revival,' Alexander said.

Edwards' property sits in a gated community of Capistrano Beach and has access to private courts and is nearby shopping centers.
The demand for Dana Point homes, as well as those in the surrounding beach communities, has begun to rise, according to Alexander, but Edwards' home is 'reasonably priced.'
