Alec Baldwin was seen out in NYC as it was revealed he will resume filming the movie Rust in Montana on Thursday.
The actor, 65, was seen toting coffees and snacks close to his Manhattan home Tuesday, as he prepares to jet out west to conclude the now-notorious western.
Production stopped abruptly in October 2021 when during a rehearsal a prop gun held by Baldwin fired a live round that killed cinematographer Halyna Hutchins on the movie's New Mexico set.
Despite ongoing legal battles, on Tuesday a spokesperson for Rust Movie Productions told CNN filming will continue at Yellowstone Film Ranch in Montana.
It comes just a day after a judge sealed from public view the terms of a civil settlement between Baldwin and Hutchins' widower, Mathew, and their son.

Baldwin faces separate criminal charges of involuntary manslaughter over Hutchins' death, and denies those allegations.
Earlier in the year it was announced that Baldwin would remain in the lead role and that a successor cinematographer to Hutchins would be appointed.
It was also said filming would not be completed on the original set at Bonanza Creek Ranch in New Mexico.
Director Joel Souza, who was injured by the same bullet that killed Hutchins, will also return to finish the project, CNN reported.
On Monday a judge sealed from public view the terms of a civil settlement between Baldwin and Hutchins' widower, Mathew, and their son
District Court Judge Bryan Biedscheid agreed on Monday to seal the terms of a proposed settlement agreement that benefits Hutchins' ten-year-old son.
'What is driving my decision is really the interests of the minor child. And that is one of the very most powerful reasons to seal a matter,' Biedscheid said in a videoconference hearing for a New Mexico court.
Hutchins' widower and Baldwin came to another agreement in October. Part of that stipulated that Mathew Hutchins will serve as executive producer on the film.
After settling the lawsuit last year, he claimed he desired no further 'recriminations'. But in January, Hutchins' family said that they supported Baldwin being charged with involuntary manslaughter.
Last Thursday, Baldwin filed a motion that another lawsuit filed by Hutchins' parents and sister be be thrown out, claiming they had been distanced from her 'physically, financially and emotionally for years before her death'.
Baldwin said in court documents that Olga Solovey, Anatolii Androsovych, and Svetlana Zemko only filed the 'misguided' suit to 'obtain compensation' over Hutchins' death.
'The loss of a daughter and sister is undoubtedly painful in any circumstance.
'Yet Plaintiffs - who had been distanced from Halyna physically, financially, and emotionally for years before her death - have no viable cause of action against Defendants,' the documents state, according to NBC News.

That suit, filed in February, named Baldwin, the armorer Hannah Gutierrez-Reed, assistant director David Halls as well as Rust Movie Productions as the defendants.
The attorney representing Hutchins' parents and sister, Gloria Allred, reportedly said in a statement on Saturday that Baldwin calling for the lawsuit to be thrown out showed that he was 'once again attempting to avoid responsibility'.
She added that she and Hutchins' family were there to make sure Baldwin was 'held accountable for his actions'.
In January, Baldwin as well as Gutierrez-Reed were charged with involuntary manslaughter and Baldwin has since vowed to fight the charges, calling them a 'terrible miscarriage of justice'.
He and Gutierrez-Reed are facing a maximum of 18 months in prison if convicted of involuntary manslaughter. Prosecutors allege Baldwin pulled the trigger of the gun that killed Hutchins while Gutierrez-Reed failed to ensure it was unloaded.

Halls was charged with negligent use of a deadly weapon in March and pleaded no contest to a misdemeanor charge of negligent use of a deadly weapon.
He was sentenced to six months probation and ordered to pay a $500 fine and complete a gun-safety course.
State District Judge Mary Marlowe Somme initially sentenced Halls to a six-month jail term but suspended it. He was also ordered to complete 24 hours of community service, 'take responsibility for his actions or inactions', to not consume alcohol or drugs without a prescription and have no contact with potential witnesses in the upcoming case.
Halls, who appeared via court video for his plea hearing, is the first person to be held accountable for the death of Hutchins who was shot on October 21, 2021, during rehearsals.
He is expected to testify in the upcoming criminal cases against Baldwin and set armorer Hannah Gutierrez-Reed.
