Chase Koepka doesn't think he'll ever in the rest of his golfing life have an experience like the one after his ace in Adelaide.

The party at the 'Watering Hole', the par three 12th, had raged all week with every shot cheered in the hope of a hole-in-one at the LIV event.

Then when it finally happened on Sunday, the place went absolutely berserk.

Koepka, the brother of superstar Brooks, delivered for the masses who showered the tee-box with plastic cups and soaked all the players and caddies in beer amid wild celebrations from the players and fans alike.

'I hit it, and I knew it was good. I kind of thought if anything it was going to be a little deep, and I saw it kind of pitch in the up slope and take a soft bounce, and I was like, oh, it'll be close,' he said recalling his magic moment.

'And then the roars just kept getting louder and louder and louder, and when it went in, I started just getting peppered with beer cans. I smelled like beer the whole entire rest of the day.

Yeah, it was a wild, crazy experience. I mean, obviously to do it on a hole like that was super special. It definitely gave the fans something to remember.

'The next couple hours I was out there, I was just getting ovation after ovation every time I walked up to every shot, every tee box. It was pretty cool.

'That's probably what Cam Smith felt like the entire week, but at least I got a glimpse of it.'

It was the sixth hole-in-one for Kopeka, and just the second at any LIV event.

But this one was different, and the 29-year-old called it a 'once in a lifetime' experience.

'This has been the best tournament I think LIV has had so far, and to be able to do that in front of that crowd is pretty special,' he said.

'It's something to always remember. Yeah, it's pretty cool. I can just say that. I don't know if I can duplicate what I just did out there, but it'll be really cool coming back here because I know everyone will remember it.'

Koepka was cheered all the way down to pick up his ball, which he then threw in to the stands which surround the LIV party hole.
