The ex-mistress of shamed FBI operative Charles McGonigal has blasted his wife for flaunting her luxury lifestyle on social media after his arrest, DailyMail.com can reveal.
Allison Guerriero slammed Pamela McGonigal for displaying a series of ritzy shots of herself in upscale Palm Beach, Florida, and visiting expensive venues in New York just weeks after her husband appeared in Manhattan Federal Court.
McGonigal, 54 is charged with money laundering and violating US sanctions by trying to get billionaire aluminum mogul Oleg Deripaska off the banned list.
He is also accused of accepting $225,000 from a former intelligence agent for Albania.
He was sensationally arrested on January 21 at JFK airport after arriving back from Sri Lanka. He walked free from court two days later on a $500,000 personal recognizance bond.
Now Guerriero – who said she emailed McGonigal's boss alleging an Albania link after they split – has taken aim at his wife for the images plastered over her public Instagram account.

Allison Guerriero was the mistress of McGonigal. Guerriero slammed McGonigal's wife Pamela for displaying ritzy photos of herself on Instagram just weeks after her husband walked free
In early April, Pamela, 54, began posting a series of shots on Instagram from billionaires' playground Palm Beach, posing in a leopard print bikini and sipping wine beside a pool
'If my husband were indicted for money laundering and violating United States sanctions in relation to Russian oligarchs, the last thing I would do is have a public Instagram account showing off all of my materialistic items,' Guerriero told DailyMail.com.
McGonigal worked for the FBI from 1996 until his retirement in 2018
'I think it is supremely stupid to put it out there in the public domain and let people still see it.
'With her recent posts, this woman is just over-compensating for the public humiliation by reinforcing that she's still married to him, he's her husband, they've got all this materialistic stuff.'
Guerriero, 49, added: 'It's like they are giving the finger to the rest of us, as if to say, ''We have all these things, we go to all these fancy restaurants and everyone else can eat cake.'''

Two days later she showed off her lunch venue of The Breakers hotel, a famous celebrity haunt, where a house burger sells for $35 and veal parmigiana is $60. 'Great day to explore Palm Beach and have lunch at The Breakers,' she wrote.
Next day McGonigal's wife posted a photo from Saint Ambroeus restaurant – where pizzas start at $31 – showing tennis legend Serena Williams, with the comment: 'We did see some tennis pros.' The same day she posted a picture of her feet by a large pool as the sun set.
Two days later she was back in New York City where the couple live and posting a photo of her Chanel bag and two cocktails at the Hotel Chelsea in Manhattan. 'Stopped at the beautiful Hotel Chelsea… such a beautiful place,' she wrote.
And on April 22, there was a photo from West Village of feet in sandals, with the words 'finally sandals weather' followed by #gucci #hermes #bestlife.
Pamela and husband Charles are pictured. His former mistress claims he told her he was going through a divorce. 'He even made a joke that he was going to frame his divorce papers for me for Christmas. I knew his wife existed,' she said

The same day she is seen smiling with her accused husband, who is wearing a smart gray suit and red-patterned tie, in an apparently older photo along with a message saying: 'This memory of my birthday keeps popping up.' Finally, on April 23 is an image of the couple tagged @Chelsea Hotel, with an unidentified woman.
Just seven weeks before his arrest, McGonigal's wife proudly posted a photo of an invitation to the official arrival of French President Emmanuel Macron to the United States in December, 2022.
She wrote: 'Was very happy to attend the White House State Arrival Ceremony for President and Mrs. Macron'. She doesn't say if her husband was with her.
Guerriero told DailyMail.com that she and New York-based McGonigal were living in a sublet apartment in Brooklyn and were together from spring 2017 before she ended their relationship in December 2018.
The former kindergarten substitute teacher, who has battled cancer, said: 'I was with him because I thought he was going through a divorce, that he was finalizing it. We lived together and did the normal stuff couples do.
'He even made a joke that he was going to frame his divorce papers for me for Christmas. I knew his wife existed. He would talk about his kids all the time, he'd talk to them in front of me.
'But one day I received an anonymous note in the mail that said, ''I'm glad you have cancer and I hope you die'.''
'I threw it out, and it took a couple of weeks to click where I believe it came from. I believed it was Pamela. At that point I ended the relationship.'

Guerriero, who volunteered for law enforcement causes, said she cannot remember exactly how they met, but added from the start 'he was enamored with me.'
'He really pursued me. He did all the work. He took me on a couple of nice dinner dates to begin with, really courted me.
'At one point he said, if I don't get to date you I'm just going to look at you every time we're at the same party or event and think "boy, that was a missed opportunity".'
At the time, the McGonigal family home was a three-bedroom, three-bathroom place in Chevy Chase, Maryland, which they sold for $799,000 in December 2021.
'Were he and his wife actually estranged? I don't know the answer to that question,' Guerriero said. 'But I do know he didn't spend a lot of money on me. He would offer, I would say I don't need anything – and now I think, thank God.
'But he, himself, was always materialistic and superficial. Everything had to look perfect.
'From a perfect haircut to an expensive suit, He always had an expensive suit and liked Armani. Pricey shoes, too.'
When Guerriero needed time to be with her father in Florham Park, New Jersey, McGonigal visited – and the pair hadsex in an FBI vehicle.
'It happened twice in an FBI Ford Explorer,' she told DailyMail.com. 'It was around the corner from my father's house, in the parking lot of an elementary school.
'He made friends with my dad, he would give him cigars, cufflinks, expensive bottles of wine. And my dad really liked him and they became good friends.'

McGonigal secretly met with Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama (above) in September 2017, where he gave Rama 'FBI paraphernalia', the indictment states. McGonigal is also accused of accepting $225,000 from a former intelligence agent for Albania
Early in their relationship Guerriero said she discovered a bag of cash in their apartment in the Park Slope area of Brooklyn. It was October, 2017 and the notes were bound up with rubber bands. She estimates there was around $80,000.
'I thought the cash was flash rolls for his agents or a source,' she told DailyMail.com. 'I didn't think it was his. I was surprised he'd have big money in the apartment.' McGonigal, who retired from the FBI in 2018, told her he'd won it gambling on baseball.
Guerriero said after the split that she emailed McGonigal's boss William Sweeney with details of the affair and allegations of his links with Albania. She told DailyMail.com that she deleted the email.
McGonigal worked on the investigation into former President Donald Trump's ties with Russia, which led to the investigation by special counsel Robert Mueller.
The Southern District of New York unsealed a five-count indictment against McGonigal and interpreter Sergey Shestakov, 69, charging them with violating and conspiring to violate the International Emergency Economic Powers Act and with conspiring to commit money laundering.
Law enforcement maintains he has links to Deripaska, a Russian worth $1.7billion who was sanctioned by the US in 2018 and then charged with violating sanctions last year.
Deripaska was among two dozen Russian oligarchs and government officials blacklisted by Washington in reaction to Russia's alleged meddling in the 2016 election to help Donald Trump become president.
Both McGonigal and Shestakov are accused of receiving payments through shell companies and forging signatures to keep it secret that Deripaska, 55, was paying them.
According to the Justice Department the pair, who both worked on oligarch investigations for the FBI, agreed to investigate a rival Russian tycoon in return for payments from Deripaska.
Both men are facing money laundering charges as well as violating sanctions – with each of the counts carrying a maximum of 20 years in prison.
Guerriero said McGonigal was materialistic and superficial. 'From a perfect haircut to an expensive suit, He always had an expensive suit and liked Armani. Pricey shoes, too,' she said

After leaving the FBI, McGonigal worked for Deripaska through a law firm, and made at least $25,000 working as an 'investigator', according to the indictment.
He was then paid $51,000 and $41,790 across several months of working for the Russian directly, paperwork says.
McGonigal told pals that he was working for a 'rich Russian guy' and stressed that his work was legal.
The US Attorney's Office has unsealed a separate case against McGonigal, claiming that he accepted $225,000 from an individual who was a former intelligence agent for Albania.
Documents claim that between August 2017 and September 2018 he hid the relationship from the FBI.
He is accused of travelling abroad with the 'individual with business interests in Europe', and met foreign nationals.
The meetings included get-togethers with the prime minister of Albania, as well as a former senior Albanian official employed by a Chinese energy conglomerate.
McGonigal pleaded not guilty to the Deripaska allegations in New York and two days later entered the same plea in Washington DC to the Albania case.
