Donald Trump on Tuesday published a series of scathing videos to his Truth Social account condemning the E. Jean Carroll verdict - and insisting on an appeal.
The trio of videos was posted late Tuesday night in the wake of the $5million ruling, and saw the embattled presidential candidate slam the wrapped Manhattan federal trial as a 'scam', and jurors' decision as a 'disgrace.'
Trump also reiterated prior claims that the location of the trial was to his detriment, due to it being held in the famously liberal Big Apple.
The politician also maintained earlier assertions that he does not know who Carroll even is, and that Democrats in the city where he spent most of his life were out to get him.
'What else can you expect from a Trump-hating, Clinton-appointed judge, who went out of his way to ensure the result of this trial was as negative as it could possible be,' he asked.
'Speaking to and in control of a jury from an anti-Trump area, which is probably the worst place in the United States for me to get a fair trial.
'We'll be appealing this decision. It's a disgrace. I don't even know who this woman is. I have no idea who she is, where she came from.'
The series of posts from the aspiring president come as it remains to be seen how the recent civil judgment - which found that Trump raped the writer in Manhattan's Bergdorf Goodman department store and then defamed her when he denied it - will affect his electability.
Several Republicans such as Mitt Romney cited the ruling as proof Trump is not president material, while many refrained from attacking the politician who recently had been thriving politically - though this could change after Tuesday.
The case has no legal effect on his 2024 presidential candidacy, and he is set to appear live on CNN Wednesday for a town hall in New Hampshire.
Trump is also facing a federal case in the Big Apple alleging business fraud in the buildup to the 2016 election.
