Jalen Ramsey selling Hidden Hills mansion for $14M after buying it from Howie Mandel

Super Bowl champion Jalen Ramsey has put his lavish Los Angeles mansion on the market for a staggering $14 million - three years after he bought the sprawling property from America's Got Talent judge Howie Mandel. 

It features seven bedrooms, eight and a half bathrooms, a guest house, a sauna box and a home gym.

The mansion, located in gated community Hidden Hills, also has a temperature-controlled wine room, a glassed-in-office, pool, hot tub, basketball court and much more.

The 28-year-old six-time Pro Bowl winner purchased the home from Howie, 67, for $9.5 million in 2020.

The custom-built house never acted as Mandel's residence, but was an investment.

Jalen has placed the exquisite house on sale for $14 million, and if sold, he'll earn a more than $4 million profit.

The house sits on over one acre of land, complete with landscaped trees, manicured lawns, a stately pool, and a barbecue area. 

The master bedroom celebrates an open-plan design, with a fireplace pillar located in the center of the room, separating it from a relaxed sitting room. 

One room, located on the ground floor, has two large bunk beds, looking onto the private guest house.

In addition, the California dream is complete with a laundry room, sauna, gourmet kitchen, wine room, cinema room, game room, a state-of-the-art basketball court, and even a training hill for practicing outside. 

Italian marble and white oak floors are found throughout the three-story mansion.

The gorgeous gray house has a smart-home system called Control4 throughout, making it easy to control lighting, security, and audio/visual systems.

After purchasing, Jalen added the guesthouse, expanded the driveway, and gave a major upgrade to the landscaping.

'I made a few enhancements to perfect it, and now it is tough coming to terms with selling it because I do love it,' he said.

As a homeowner, his backyard offered plenty of relaxing lounging areas, and play areas for daughters Breelyn Erin and Brooklyn, who are three and four years old.

'The landscaping makes the whole house. It's such a fun house with a resort feel, it makes you never want to leave,' Jalen said.

'I have always had a dream house in mind with a whole list of must-haves for me and my family – this property checked almost all of the boxes,' Jalen told Compass.

Jalen thought that his LA mansion would be a 'forever home' after he was set to play as cornerback for the Rams when he purchased it in 2020. 

During this offseason, his LA stay ended when the Rams traded him after more than three seasons to the Miami Dolphins in March.

'It is tough coming to terms with selling it because I do love it.'

Listing agent Lee Mintz added: 'We walked into the house and he said this is the one. Since then he has completely changed the property, especially the outside. You truly have to experience it.'

Jalen was a part of the Jacksonville Jaguars in Florida in 2016 before he was traded to the Rams, and now he's making his way back to the Sunshine State.
