A groom has been slammed for texting while walking down the aisle after saying 'I do'.
While most newlyweds embrace the special milestone being surrounded by family and friends, the groom appeared to be distracted by his phone.
A video of the moment emerged online with the gorgeous bride smiling from ear to ear and holding hands with her husband, but he barely looked at her.
TikTok user @CynthiaUmunze shared the now-deleted footage and critics didn't hold back.
It wasn't clear what the groom was trying to do but the assumption was he was texting.

While most newlyweds embrace the special milestone of getting married, one groom ruined this for himself by being glued to his phone. It isn't clear what the groom is doing, many speculate he was texting
A video of the moment emerged online with the gorgeous bride looking radiant with a smile from ear to ear, but the groom barely looked at her
In the clip, the groom can't seem to look away from his phone and barely makes eye contact with well wishers while walking out of the church.
The only time the couple make eye contact is when they exit the premises and the bride appears to make a snide remark about his behaviour.
The 'disrespectful act' didn't sit well with others and many felt sorry for the bride.
One asked: 'What could be so important to be on the phone on his wedding day?'
'Supposed to be one of the most memorable time but he chose to be on his phone whilst she is all happy and enjoying the moment,' another added.
This isn't the first time a groom has broken wedding etiquette on his own big day.
Last year an Australian bride caught her now-husband watching football on his phone during their wedding and again at her brother's wedding.
Blake, 29, from Sydney, propped his phone up against their three-tier wedding cake to watch the game during his wedding reception in August 2020 - and his bride Dani Russell wasn't pleased.
She said Blake simply cannot miss out on watching the footy, and he'd never let his wedding day get in the way of his great love of the sport.

Her TikTok video, which was viewed more than 11 million times, showed Blake's phone propped up against their three-tier wedding cake
Dani said: 'We had to cancel our wedding three times due to COVID and we didn't have a choice but to reschedule throughout the football season.
'I'd been planning since we got engaged, but had to rush with last minute plans to do it before the pandemic got worse.
'I wasn't surprised [that he was watching sport] and I believe his best man actually positioned the phone for him.'
After filming the wedding day moment, in which the bride looks unimpressed, and posting it on TikTok, the clip racked up 11.5 million views.
