Kanye West's new Sunday Service shows attendees wear white hooded outfits as they eat with HANDS

Kanye West has revamped his weekly Christian event Sunday Service, as attendees were seen wearing bizarre white hooded outfits and eating with their hands off autopsy-style tables.

However, the rapper was conspicuous by his absence, after indulging in a 46th birthday party where there were nude women covered in sushi.

First look images inside the new service showed all types of changes.

Perhaps the most notable switch-up was in the dress code - with guests and choir members sporting all-white robes which looked similar to the garb worn on television series The Handmaid's Tale.

However, the most bizarre change may be with the food - including salmon and steak laid out on aluminum furniture that resembled autopsy tables.

No utensils were in sight so it appeared as though guests ate with their bare hands.

Kanye began the Sunday Service Choir in January 2019 and has been running weekly events since.

But the latest changes come as West was slammed by social media users for having sushi served on naked women's bodies at his 46th birthday on Friday - an event that was attended by his daughter North West and his new 'wife' Bianca Censori.

His nine-year-old little girl and partner, 28, walked hand-in-hand at the Praise God rapper's surprise Birth-Ye party in Los Angeles, California on Saturday night. 

However, when a video emerged of a nude woman laid out on a table with Japanese food covering her, some fans were less than impressed. 

'That is so misogynistic omg,' one furious fan wrote, while another said: 'While his daughter was present DONT make sense to me.' 

'What exactly is this?? Where's the fun Here? So tomorrow he gonna be preaching about Jesus Christ and morals,' another wrote.  

For the event, Bianca looked chic in a long black coat and black boots while North was dressed more casually in a sweatshirt and bike shorts with boots from her father's shoe line. 

North held hands with her stepmother in a sweet bonding moment for the two important people in Yeezy's life.

North appeared to have a number of painful looking, bloody scrapes on the side of her face, however, a source told TMZ it was just special effects makeup. 

Inside the party, sushi and sashimi was served on naked women's bodies. This is called nyotaimori and is practiced in Japan.

North's makeup looked well done. The eldest child of Kim Kardashian, 42, and the Gold Digger hitmaker regularly shows off her special effects makeup skills on TikTok, and has previously shown viewers how she creates wounds, scars and wrinkles. 

Her creativity was most recently highlighted on Thursday's episode of The Kardashians, when she transformed her mother into somebody unrecognizable to her own security guard and children's nanny using prosthetics and a wig.

Inside the star-studded bash, a DJ played Kanye's hits while sushi chefs served food on trays balanced on the torso of topless models laying on the tables.

The lighting for the event was dim and provided by candles. 

A fan caught the Heartless singer lip syncing to his own song Off The Grid while his daughter filmed him and Bianca looked on.

The Flashing Lights rapper was clad in a black t-shirt and black pants as he danced around his daughter outside the bash. 

There was no sign of his ex-wife, Kim Kardashian or any of her family at the event.
