Tragic American track and field star Tori Bowie was in labor when she died, according to a coroner's report obtained by TMZ.
The 32-year-old passed away in her bed at her Florida home on May 2, and until now the cause of death was unknown.
DailyMail.com exclusively revealed on May 4 that the athlete was pregnant at the time of her death, and it has now been confirmed she was 'undergoing labor' when she died.
It is reported that Bowie's loved ones became concerned after failing to hear from her for several days, and when cops from the Orange County Sheriff's Office arrived to do a welfare check, they found her deceased in her bed.
The coroner's report confirms she died from complications of childbirth, and was eight months pregnant at the time of her death.

Bowie was a three-time 2016 Olympic medalist for the USA, winning gold in the women's 4x100m relay, silver in the 100m and bronze in the 200m.
She was the fastest woman in the world in 2017 and won the World Championships in London with a time of 10.85 seconds.
At the time of her death, tributes poured in for one of America's biggest track and field stars with the USATF telling DailyMail.com they were 'deeply saddened by the passing of Tori Bowie, a three-time Olympic medalist and two-time world champion.
'A talented athlete, her impact on the sport is immeasurable, and she will be greatly missed.'
Top track athletes like Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce, Noah Lyles, and Sha'Carri Richardson all mourned the loss of Bowie in posts on social media.
Lyles, a US record holder and three-time world champion led the reactions to Bowie's passing - responding to her management agency's statement on Twitter, saying: 'I can't believe this. I had just heard word of her going to be with her sister back home and now this. This breaks my heart to hear and I will keep the family in my prayers.'

Multiple American track and field athletes also offered condolences as they woke up to the news early Wednesday.
Sha'Carri Richardson, the woman that won the 100m sprint but was disqualified after a failed drug test, posted on her Instagram story, 'People never know what you're going through. Rise up Queen, you deserve peace.'
Tianna Bartoletta, a teammate of Bowie's on the winning 4x100m relay team in Rio tweeted out a heartbreak emoji and a picture of her running to hug Bowie after their gold medal victory.
American long jumper Brittney Reese said, 'I'm so heartbroken over this...You have made a lot of us proud thank you for representing our state of Mississippi like you did... RIP!'
Away from the track, Bowie had a troubled existence, with DailyMail.com revealing last month that she had a long history of erratic and troubling behavior, according to friends and neighbors living beside her in Winter Garden, a smart Orlando suburb.

One recalled encountering 32-year-old Bowie in the street clutching a knife and screaming at a boyfriend.
Bowie's $500,000 home had been on the verge of being repossessed over the past two years because she owed more than $22,000 to her homeowners' association, according to court filings seen by DailyMail.com.
Orange County Court Records reveal Bowie, a standout track star and two-time NCAA long-jump champion at the University of Southern Mississippi, had chalked up 16 traffic infractions since 2019.

On social media, her grieving sister Tamarra, 36, hinted at mental health problems.
'People who pretend to be happy have some of the saddest souls and people who do not try to convince the world that they are happy have the most genuine souls, because they are content with just being them for them and nobody else,' she said in a Facebook post.
