The mother of a McDonald's employee has spoken out against her daughter's 'rude' behavior while taking orders.
The 24-second-long TikTok video starts off with Colorado mother Neesa Red pulling up to the drive-thru window.
Her daughter, Leyvoni, stares at her blankly from the window and Neesa proceeds to tell her: 'I'd like to speak to your manager.'

Her mom continues instructively: 'Just be...[polite].'
But she was quickly interrupted by her daughter coldly asking: 'Is that cash or card?'
