A 20-year-old man has been taken into custody after at least 10 people were plowed down by a vehicle believed to have been stolen in the Bronx, New York.

Another video shows one female victim being stretchered out from the area - as passers-by gawk at the active crime scene.
A woman, believed to have been a passengers in the 'stolen vehicle,' is said to have fled the area by foot and remains at large, Citizen reported.

The 20-year-old suspect, wearing a black vest and Adidas sweatpants pulled down to show his underwear, was seen being hauled into the 7th Street precinct on Pitt Street, where the police's IDTU (intoxicated driver testing unit) is located.
Citizen reported that police at the scene described the female passenger who fled as white or Hispanic, approximately 100lbs with black hair.
She is thought to have been wearing a black shirt, blue jeans and black and white sneakers and was carrying a satchel when she fled westbound on 42nd St, according to Citizen reports.
