Courtney Stodden, 28, seen for first time since split from Chris Sheng, 43, as her engagement ring is OFF... while almost unrecognizable with dark hair

Courtney Stodden was seen for the first time since her shock split from fiancé of two years, 43-year-old Chris Sheng.

The two - who first started dating in 2017 - announced their split earlier this week.  And her large diamond engagement ring from the businessman was not on her wedding finger. 

The Instagram model was spotted alone while buying an iced coffee in Los Angeles on Tuesday. 

The 28-year-old star was almost unrecognizable as she wore her hair a dark brown color. She came to fame as a platinum blonde who made herself up to resemble idol Marilyn Monroe.

Stodden had on a long print dress that showed off her lean figure as she added high heels.

Done:  The star and the filmmaker have ended their engagement, with a rep revealing that Courtney intends to discuss their break-up publicly in the near future

The gorgeous silky gown was black with a royal blue, mustard yellow and red tiger print laid over it.

The fancy frock was backless with a very thin criss-cross strap which gave a generous view of her plethora of tattoos. 

Her heels were over four inches and strappy with an olive green tone. 

Stodden was beautifully made up with heavy eye liner and a pink lip as she added red nail polish. 

The reality TV star had on gold earrings that shone in the sunlight and carried a pale beige purse. 

After she got her coffee beverage the pinup flashed a wide smile as she looked happy to be single again.

At one point she adopted a more serious look as she glanced at her cell phone while on the sidewalk.

Her rep broke the news of the split.

And she revealed that Courtney intends to discuss their break-up publicly in the near future.

A source told the New York Post newspaper's Page Six column: 'Courtney is now a single woman.'

It was added: 'She is looking forward to telling her story.'

Courtney - who is non-binary and uses she/they pronouns - had been engaged to Chris since 2021, when they announced the news via social media.

In a now-deleted Instagram post, Courtney said at the time: 'I said yes ... OH and the ring made me gag it's so beautiful.'

Chris has also deleted his engagement post from Instagram.

The filmmaker wrote at the time: 'We have both grown so much since we first met, and the fact that we have both been able to grow into better, stronger, more secure individuals while still being in a relationship together makes me have faith that this partnership will last a lifetime.

'For the first time we're both experiencing unconditional love.'

Courtney married Doug Hutchison in 2011, when the reality star was just 16 and he was 51.

However, Courtney filed for a divorce in 2018.

The TV star subsequently told Fox News: 'I am a really empathetic, sensitive person, and I always have been.

'If it didn't happen, I feel like my whole outlook on life would be so different.

'Experiences that are traumatizing can either break us or we can utilize them to shape us into a stronger individual. 

'And that's really one of the main reasons why I'm speaking out is because I want past victims and survivors to really tap into that part of themselves. We are so strong. It's just really made me very fearless.'
