'No': Biden gives very short answer when asked if he will follow Trump's DC court appearance on ANOTHER Delaware vacation bike ride

President Joe Biden on Thursday said he wasn't following Donald Trump's court appearance as the former president prepares to be arraigned on four federal charges related to attempts to overthrow the 2020 election results.

'No,' Biden told CNN, during a bike ride as he continued his vacation in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, when asked if he'd follow the Trump arraignment.

The president has been biking every day of his week-long respite at the seaside town where he and wife Jill own a $2 million beach home. The Bidens, in addition to cycling, have been reading on the beach and even went on a date night complete with dinner and a movie.

Trump, meanwhile, is scheduled to arrive at a Washington D.C. courthouse at 4 p.m. as the nation's capitol prepared for potential chaos, erecting barriers and fencing.

A grand jury voted to indict Trump on conspiracy to defraud the U.S., conspiracy against citizens' rights, obstruction and attempted obstruction of an official proceeding and witness tampering.

The 45-page indictment says Trump was 'determined to remain in power' despite 'having lost' the presidency to Biden.

Trump and his co-conspirators 'used knowingly false claims of election fraud' to try to 'subvert the legitimate election results and change electoral votes' to take down Joe Biden, according to the indictment.

Trump is already facing 40 federal charges in Florida relating to his handling of sensitive government documents after leaving office, and is due to stand trial in New York next year accused of falsifying business documents after making a hush money payment to porn star Stormy Daniels.

The White House has not commented on any of the previous indictments, noting they don't comment on on-going legal matters.

Biden has been enjoying his vacation, zipping around on his bike and even getting a nap on the beach on Wednesday.

As the first lady read beside him, President Biden put his beach chair in lounge-mode and snoozed in the sun after a late-night date with his wife.

Biden caught some shut eye after he and Jill Biden took a late-night walk on the beach on Tuesday to see the super moon that was shining down on the water.

The duo sat under a blue beach umbrella on Wednesday as crowds of onlookers were held off by a ring of Secret Service agents.

Phones were held up to capture the couple as they chilled on the beach after their romantic date night of dinner, a movie and a walk in the moonlight.

The president kept his shirt on unlike an earlier beach visit where onlookers captured him topless and the photos of the 80-year-old went viral.

But he was spotted taking phone calls and looking at his iphone. At one point he handed it to the first lady to show her something on it.

Jill Biden continued reading the Pulitzer Prize winning novel Demon Copperhead, which the book-loving first lady has been reading during her downtime. She also made sure to slather on some sun block and even took a walk down to the water.

The couple lazed on the beach after their date night, where the Bidens took in a seafood meal at Matt's Fish Camp before heading to the local theater to see Oppenheimer, the film about the man who developed the atomic bomb.

'It was compelling,' Biden told reporters after he finished watching the three-hour epic.

They concluded their date night with a romantic walk on the beach to see the super moon, which is when a full moon occurs near the Moon’s closest point to Earth in its monthly orbit. The president had his arm around the first lady.
