Four staff members working on conservative commentator Steven Crowder's show claim they were ousted after he interrogated them over media leaks and demanded they sign intimidating NDAs that could incur $100,000 penalties.

The alleged interrogation came last month after Mediaite published accusations that Crowder, 35, maintained a toxic work environment on the set of Louder with Crowder - his show hosted on the video platform Rumble.

Allegations included bullying, inappropriate drug use and sexual misconduct. They came months after Ring doorbell footage leaked appearing to show the conservative podcaster verbally abusing his wife.

Four staffers who are now no longer working for Crowder told Mediaite that soon after allegations were published on July 26, all Louder with Crowder employees were emailed non-disclosure agreements.

Those agreements, seen by Mediaite, stated that any disclosure of confidential company information could incur 'liquidated damages in the amount of $100,000'.

The staffers told the publication they had to sign the NDA by that Friday. The next day, on July 27, they claimed Crowder held a meeting in which he warned staff against speaking out.

'Steven was livid,' an anonymous source close to Crowder told Mediaite. 'He and Gerald [Morgan] said they knew someone was talking to you [the author of this piece] based on the article you wrote.'

'If you're not okay with guys playing sack tap then this isn't the place for you,' the source said Crowder told staff during that meeting, referring to a game in which one would tap another person's genitals.

Allegations of Crowder revealing his genitalia in the workplace were first reported by The New York Post.

DailyMail.com wrote to Crowder for a comment on the claims regarding the NDAs and misconduct, but did not immediately hear back.

After that meeting, four employees intimidated by Crowder and the NDAs 'departed' the company. 'The NDA was insane,' the source close to Crowder told Mediaite.

'Most employees were scared because of it. Some talked to lawyers about it because they were afraid, but thought if they didn't sign that would incriminate themselves.

'He was intimidating. Steven's increasing justification of his workplace sexual behavior between men makes a lot of male employees uncomfortable. He always says it's joking but it doesn't seem like a joke to anyone anymore,' they added.

Scrutiny of Crowder, who recently turned down a $50million deal with The Daily Wire because it was a 'slave deal', spiked earlier this year when footage leaked showing him speaking abusively towards his wife.

In video obtained by journalist Yashar Ali and posted to his Substack, the YouTuber was seen aggressively berating his wife Hilary, who at the time was nearly eight months pregnant with twins.

In the video, Crowder was heard telling his wife that she is not allowed to take the car - and that she had failed to do 'wifely' things. He then told her if she was committed to him she would 'put on some gloves and walk the dogs'.

The footage was published days after Crowder revealed his wife had filed for divorce and claimed he had been 'living with a proverbial boot on my neck for years.'

'Broken marriages are ugly. In them people do ugly things, myself of course included, and I would never claim otherwise,' Crowder said after the video's release.

'However, due to recent misleadingly edited leaks to the tabloid press, without context and not subject to consequences of the court...well, if not privacy, the next best option is truth.

'And so today, I have filed a motion to officially unseal all files as they relate to the matter of legal record.

'Finances, relevant medical records including mental health history or evaluations, depositions, and any motions or sanctions from the courts of Texas.

'I will NOT be leaking private marital information to the press, but if the privacy agreements are not respected by all parties, I will address all that is a matter of irrefutable legal record, in full context, next week.'
