A woman has divulged the protein-packed Chick-fil-A combination that she has been eating 'religiously' to lose 30 pounds in four months.

Madisen Dunning, from Florida, has been opening up about her weight loss journey — including her go-to meals — on TikTok, where she uses the handle @m_adisen

In a recent video, the content creator shared her 'favorite fast-food meal' while grabbing an order at Chick-fil-A.

'You're going to get an eight-count grilled nugget, a small macaroni cheese, [and] some buffalo sauce or sauce of your choosing,' she explained.

Dunning treated herself to a Diet Dr Pepper and also asked for salt and pepper packets and a large soup bowl on the side.

'We're gonna take everything and dump it into this bowl,' she continued.

She sprinkled the salt and pepper on top of the chicken nuggets and macaroni and cheese combo and then poured the sauce on top.

'Just put your lid on and shake. You have this yummy mixture. It's so good,' she said before taking a bite. 'Mmm.'

'This is high protein [and] low calorie,' she added. 'This entire thing with the sauce is 425 calories and 37 grams of protein.

'I eat this religiously, and it's helped me lose 30 pounds in four months.'

Dunning's video inspired other people to share their own Chick-fil-A orders.

'Substitute the Mac and cheese for the kale salad!!! It’s so good with the buffalo sauce!' one person insisted.

Dunning, who has been intermittent fasting and eating in a calorie deficit, explained that she orders an eight-piece of grilled nuggets and a small macaroni and cheese with buffalo sauce

'I ate the Chick-fil-A salad almost every day when I was pregnant and I lost 30. I'll have to try this!!!' another added.

'Living for this combo! I will be trying that today haha,' someone else commented.

Dunning has explained in previous videos that she started intermittent fasting and eating in a calorie deficit last spring.

She eats all of her meals between 11 a.m. and 7 p.m. and then fasts for the remaining 16 hours. She also focuses on high-protein, low-calorie foods, consuming, roughly 1,300 to 1,400 calories a day.

Dunning said she lost 20 pounds in the first two months and is now down a total of 30 pounds, which she has documented with before-and-after pictures.

'Feeling closer every day to being more comfortable sharing weigh-in numbers,' she wrote in a recent post.

'Every body is different, and everyone has different ways. Do what works for YOU!'
