Sean and Leigh Ann Tuohy have been spotted for the first time since NFL star Michael Oher launched a bombshell lawsuit against them claiming they lied about adopting him.

In exclusive pictures obtained by DailyMail.com, the couple are seen taking a Sunday stroll around their Santa Rosa Beach neighborhood in Florida, as they face accusations of dishonesty over the paperwork they filed decades ago.

Tennessee-born Tuohy, 63, wore a white t-shirt and baby pink tennis skirt with trainers and silver jewelry as she walked beside her husband, who donned shorts and a blue shirt - along with a mystery man in an orange shirt.

The couple hit the headlines last week after Oher, 37, known for inspiring the hit 2009 movie The Blind Side, accused them of lying about adopting him.

Filed in a Tennessee probation court, his fiery petition accuses the Tuohys of misleading him into signing a conservatorship agreement under the belief they were adoption papers.

This agreement allowed them to make business deals under his name, allegedly including The Blind Side.

Oher is now demanding a full accounting of assets, given his life story produced millions of dollars - while he claims to have earned nothing from the film.

He accuses the Tuohys of falsely representing themselves as his adoptive parents, saying that he discovered in February 2023 that the conservatorship was not the arrangement he thought it was.

Oher, who played for the Tennessee Titans and Carolina Panthers, says it provided him no familial relationship to the Tuohys.

They have hit back, slamming the athlete's allegations as an 'insulting' shakedown attempt.

The couple is now seeking to end their conservatorship, according to one of their lawyers, Randall Fishman.

They argue Oher knew he had not been adopted, and even described them as his conservators three times in his 2011 book 'I Beat The Odds: From Homeless, To The Blind Side'.

According to their attorneys, Oher has been estranged from the Tuohys for around 10 years, and before filing in court he threatened to plant a negative news story about them unless they paid him $15 million.

Attorney Steve Farese added that Oher has become 'more and more vocal and more and more threatening' over the past decade or so, describing this as 'devastating for the family.'

The conservatorship paperwork was filed months after Oher turned 18 in May 2004.

Oher accuses the Tuohys of never taking legal action to assume custody from the Tennessee Department of Human Services before he turned 18, though he was told to call them 'Mom' and 'Dad.'

Oher alleges the Tuohys had him sign paperwork almost immediately after he moved in as part of the adoption process.

He says it was 'falsely advised' that it would be called a conservatorship because he was already 18, but that adoption was the intent.

The couple didn't simply adopt Oher, Fishman said, because the conservatorship was the fastest way to satisfy the NCAA's concerns that the Tuohys weren´t simply steering a talented athlete to Mississippi, their alma mater where Oher later attended.

Oher, who has never been a fan of the movie about his life, asks that the Tuohys be sanctioned and required by the probate court to pay damages.

Agents negotiated a small advance for the Tuohys from the production company for 'The Blind Side,' based on a book written by Sean Tuohy´s friend Michael Lewis, the couple said.

That included 'a tiny percentage of net profits' divided equally among a group that included Oher, they said in their statement.
