One person was killed and two people were hurt when a teen opened fire at a Louisiana high school, according to reports. 

The shooting was reported around 3:30 p.m. at St. Helena College & Career Academy in Greensburg, Louisiana. 

One person was killed in the shooting, according to the St. Helena Parish Sheriff's Office. One injured person was taken to the hospital by helicopter, while another injured victim was taken via ambulance. 

 The injured people were all students.

Authorities said they have arrested a 14-year-old student in connection to the shooting.

The name of the alleged shooter has not been released. 

No motive has been released for the shooting, according to WAFB. The incident happened as school was being dismissed. 

A police presence was at the school in the hours after the shooting. 

St. Helena College & Career Academy is located in northern Louisiana about an hour's drive from Baton Rouge.
