Pro-Trump lawyer Lin Wood has denied flipping on Donald after the Fulton County DA listed him as a 'witness for state' in the Georgia election prosecution.

Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis unveiled key elements of her trial strategy for the Georgia subversion election case through a court filing released Wednesday.

Wood is now considered a 'witness for the state' in this case, along with four individuals who impersonated GOP electors supporting Donald Trump.

But the former Atlanta attorney pushed back on the claims that he would testify against Trump in Fulton County's racketeering case.

'I didn't flip on President Trump. That's just pure nonsense,' Wood told The Atlanta Journal-Constitution. 'I wouldn't have any knowledge to flip on him.'

Wood told the outlet that he testified for an hour and a half before the special purpose grand jury, but declined to provide additional information.

'I don't have a copy of my testimony, and I don't want to go on memory,' he said.

Wood denied any collaboration with the prosecution and claimed he had been subpoenaed as a witness in the case against former Trump campaign lawyer Sidney Powell.

In a Telegram post, he wrote: 'I have no idea why I am being asked to testify at the trial. I have had no discussions with the DA's office since I testified before the special grand jury several months ago.'

Willis' court filing also highlighted potential conflicts of interest among six defense attorneys who had previously represented witnesses or defendants in related proceedings.

Wood as a witness has raised the question of a conflict of interest, as he could face cross-examination by his former attorney and co-counsel, who is now representing former Justice Department official Jeffrey Clark in the Georgia RICO probe.

The court filing also confirmed that the four individuals who impersonated GOP electors, Vikki Consiglio, Gloria Godwin, James Carroll, and Carolyn Fisher, are now witnesses for the prosecution, even though they haven't been charged in the case.

Another prosecution witness is CJ Pearson, who initially supported the pro-Trump slate of electors but later withdrew from the process.

The filing mentioned that Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger and former Georgia Lt. Governor Geoff Duncan are also witnesses for the prosecution.

These two Republicans have previously testified against Trump's efforts to overturn the 2020 election.

The court filing highlighted potential conflicts of interest among six defense attorneys who had previously represented witnesses or defendants involved in the case, notably Scott Grubman, who previously represented Raffensperger.

This wouldn't be the first time a former staff member flipped on Trump.

Trump's former Mar-a-Lago IT director sensationally flipped on his old boss in August - admitting he lied during previous testimony.

Yuscil Taveras, earlier identified as 'Trump Employee 4', has backtracked on his claims that defended the 45th president, after replacing his Trump-funded attorney.

Taveras, 44, fired Stanley Woodward, who is backed by Trump's Save America PAC, after being informed that he was the subject of a perjury investigation in June.

Just this month, Trump's former Aide Molly Michael discovered notecards Trump wrote for her on the back of classified documents.

The notes included 'to-do' lists and other tasks for Michael, who served as an executive assistant to Trump in the White House and then followed him to Mar-a-Lago after he left office.

The former president also allegedly ordered her to deny all knowledge of sensitive files kept at Mar-a-Lago, and said: 'You don't know anything about the boxes'.
