Deion Sanders was absent from Colorado's weekly radio show on Thursday, with the coach apparently dealing with a medical problem.
'We are going without Coach Prime here today,' the team's play-by-play announcer Mark Johnson said.
'We received notification a little while again that [he] was a little under the weather and had a bad reaction to his immune IVs, is what I was told.'
However, school officials told the Denver Post that the coach was 'fine.'
There was no further comment given to the publication.

Assistant coach Gary Harrell appeared on the show in Sanders' place.
The 56-year-old Sanders has dealt with several health issues in recent years.
He had two toes amputated while at Jackson State due to poor circulation.
And in July, he was unable to attend the Pac 12 media day because he was undergoing a blood clot procedure.
Following his arrival from Jackson State, Sanders has brought massive hype to a previously dormant Colorado football program.

However, losses against powerhouses Oregon and USC in consecutive weeks have brought the program back down to earth some.
Colorado travels to Arizona State on Saturday.
