A woman in her 30s is revealing her six beauty hacks that she claims make her look like she's a decade younger.
In an initial TikTok clip, face yoga guru Anastasia Goron shared two photos of herself: the first picture showed her with a dull complexion in her 20s and the second showed off her radiant skin in her 30s.
She then made a video detailing her secrets to her youthful look, which included using sunscreen, avoiding sugary and starchy food, and doing facial massages.
Her 1.1 million TikTok followers were in awe of her transformative pictures and noticed the positive change, writing: 'How old are you? Thought you [were] like 27-28.'

In the second video titled 'four hacks to age backwards' Anastasia didn't confine herself to that number and instead listed six secrets.
She begins her TikTok video with her first tip of using sunscreen everyday as well as 'antioxidants such as vitamin C in the morning for your face, to protect yourself from pollution and from UVA and UVB rays.'
UVA rays cause premature aging such as wrinkles and UVB rays damage the outer layer of skin.
It is best to check that your sunscreen is 30 or higher and that it offers a broad-spectrum of protection from both kinds of rays.
Her second tip is 'to avoid sugary and starchy food.'
The overconsumption of sugar and starchy foods can accelerate the aging process and cause acne breakouts.
Anastasia's third tip is to 'get sunlight exposure first thing in the morning.'
Vitamin D from the sun helps your skin maintain a healthy barrier, regulates the cellular replication cycle to prevent premature aging and promotes collagen production.
She recommends using sunscreen, avoiding sugary and starchy food and getting sunlight exposure first thing in the morning. Featured are pictures from her 20s

She also recommends getting at least seven to eight hours of sleep every night.
While we sleep our body creates collagen and repairs damage from UVs, which makes 'beauty sleep' vital.
Next she advises to 'move your body' because 'you enhance lymphatic drainage all over' and it also provides 'happy hormones,' such as dopamine and endorphins.
Exercising increases blood flow which nourishes our skin cells and flushes out debris, causing a cleaning from the inside out.
'And last but not least, release the tension in your face by [doing] facial massages,' Anastasia explained.
'This will help you to release wrinkles where they accumulate you to muscle spasm but also relax your head and therefore, you can also reduce headaches and generally feeling a little bit better.
'And what also really helps - to exercise the muscles which are underutilized so you create a balance in your face.'
Doing facial massages helps stimulate your skin and boosts muscle thickness, according to Healthline.
She concludes her video by stating: 'This takes only five to 10 minutes daily.'

One person wrote: 'Thank you for your tips.'
A young teen was already taking notes, writing: '15-year-old me watching this video.'
A third person admitted how hard it was to follow-through on the tips, adding: 'The way she casually said avoid sugary or starchy foods.'
The skin enthusiast's TikTok videos provide step-by-step instructions on how to do face yoga for areas that are prone to aging such as eyes, cheeks, jaw line and the nasolabial folds.
The technique dates back to Ancient Egypt during 5000 BC.
The period was known for its luxurious skincare rituals that included facial exercises and massages using jade and other stones - even Cleopatra was a fan, according to Medium.
