She's known for her jaw dropping fashion choices and daring outfits.

Yet Rita Ora took it to a whole new level as she donned an eye catching look for the British Fashion Awards at the Royal Albert Hall in London on Monday.

The singer, 33, transformed herself into part human, part reptile, as she sported some bizarre dinosaur-esque silver spikes down her back.

As the cameras zoomed in on the quirky accessory, Rita made sure to angle her self to make sure her back was on display.

Her stylish had clearly done an incredible job, as the spikes appeared to grow out from her skin ranging from smaller gems to full grown spikes all the way down her spine.

The limited edition dress will be available to buy from tomorrow for £50 with all proceeds being donated to charity Breast Cancer Now.

Speaking about the dress she said: 'This design means so much to me, not just because it has my name on it, but because all the proceeds from the dress will support Breast Cancer Now, a cause that supports people like my mum who have fought so bravely and survived through their own battles with breast cancer.'

On the red carpet it was only when she turned around she revealed the unique fashion choice to fans.

The star completed the look with some strappy black heels and chunky silver bracelets.

She wore her golden locks in an intricate low bun while also flashing her array of tattoos in the backless dress.

Rita was joined by her husband Taika Waititi, 48, who cut a dapper figure in an all black ensemble.

The filmmaker wore a long black tailored winter coat for the event which he wore over his black shirt, trousers and shiny brogues.

The couple looked loved up as ever as they posed together while holding hands on the carpet.
