Beauty guru reveals the three hacks that will 'completely TRANSFORM' your makeup game

A makeup educator has revealed three amazing beauty hacks that will help to 'completely transform' your look.

The tips were shared on TikTok last month by beauty guru Rocio Soria, a content creator from the US who often shares her industry wisdom, as well as other tips and tricks.

In the clip, which has reached over 70,000 views since it was posted, Soria broke down these hacks, and explained exactly what they do to improve your makeup finish.

The first pointer that Soria offered was shaving your face with a dermaplaning tool.

She explained that these tips will 'transform' your makeup game and take your look to the next level

'If you struggle with patchy, cakey makeup, this will change your foundation game,' Soria explained.

She showed her viewers how she shaves her face, first by applying a facial oil and then taking a Tinkle Razor to remove the excess hair.

'I use a tinkle razor and a rose hip oil by Laura Mercier,' Soria explained. 'This has completely transformed my foundation game.'  

Dermaplaning works by shaving the 'uppermost layers' of the skin, per Cleveland Clinic, and can be helpful in reducing the appearance of acne scarring, peach fuzz and even dry skin.

It's something that Soria has been doing for the past ten years, she revealed in the caption of the clip.

'It makes my foundation glide on like a dolphin's back!' she furthered. 

Next, the beauty and skincare expert gave a pointer about cleaning up eyeshadow that may have fallen onto the face during the application.

'Use concealer to clean up your eyeshadow,' Soria revealed, as she applied a concealer from the brand Milani underneath her eyes.

She also revealed that concealer will help clean up any eyeshadow fallout from application

'This will instantly give you an eye lift effect, and level up any eyeshadow look,' she promised.

Last but not least, Soria explained a trick that will help keep your makeup looking perfect all day long.

'After applying setting spray, use a pressed powder and apply it all over your face,' she said. 'This will lock in your makeup all day.'

In the comments section of the video, many users rushed to praise Soria for the pointers.

In another video, Soria offered some more makeup hacks, which included a tip on how to properly apply a cream contour.

The beauty guru said that applying pressed powder after setting spray will help your makeup stay 'locked in' all day 

In the comments section of the video, many users rushed to praise Soria for the pointers 

'Don't make the same mistake I did and apply your cream contour or bronzer directly on your face,' she explained in the clip.

'This will blend it on patchy, and it may even lift your foundation,' the TikTok star warned.

Instead, you should apply the makeup on to a brush first, and then on the face, she instructed.

'This will give you no hard edges, and look seamless,' Soria said.
