Connor Stalions, the man allegedly at the center of Michigan's sign-stealing scandal, broke his online silence on social media Monday night to celebrate his former team's CFP National Championship victory.

Stalions has mostly kept a low profile since the spotlight brought him from lowly Wolverines' staffer to an alleged-nationally known cheater.

Stalions first message on X, formerly known as Twitter, since April shows a meme of an older gentleman pumping his fist in the air with excitement.

It's Stalions first non-repost on the website since May 2018 and already has more than 570,000 impressions.

The message was posted less than 30 minutes after the final snap of the game was taken.

Stalions did remerge last week in the crowd at the Rose Bowl, wearing a Michigan sweatshirt, in an Instagram story from Wolverines and NFL alumnus Chase Winovich.

Stalions resigned from his role as an analyst with the Wolverines on Nov. 3, after being suspended without pay on Oct. 20 for his alleged major role in the scandal.

In a statement released after his resignation, Stalions said leaving Michigan was so he wouldn't be a distraction to the team. He also denied any wrongdoing.

Michigan head coach Jim Harbaugh, who's reported interest in NFL jobs has ramped up in recent weeks, said after his team's victory: 'Off the field issues? We’re innocent. We stood strong and tall because we knew we’re innocent.'

Stalions has been the punchline for jokes since his resignation as well. One example was Missouri head coach Eli Drinkwitz mentioning Stalions as his interview during the final CFP bracket reveal was ending on Dec. 3.

'Hey guys, I got a quick phone call. Connor Stalions beeping in right here. I'm trying to get a few signals here. So, I gotta go,' Drinkwitz said, as ESPN's Rece Davis could barely control his laughter on-air.

Michigan and Missouri were the two teams to beat Ohio State this season.
