A white SUV was attempting to turn left before a dark vehicle drove straight into the front of the car.

According to the NYPD, Avenue U And East 55th Street is part of the 63rd Precinct, Sector A in Brooklyn.
Their headquarters is at least 15 minutes away from where the accident happened.
The man's neon yellow jacket is a similar color to the vests New York crossing guards wear on the streets.
However, Sector A of the 63rd precinct's neighborhood coordination officers are usually spotted wearing their official NYPD uniforms.
Instagram users are not sure what to think of the dancer because of what he's wearing and how he's dancing on a crosswalk.
The dancer appeared frustrated with the drivers who managed to get out of their cars and also appeared upset when he saw a police car drive up to the scene
Social media has been debating who the man is and If he really is a crossing guard. Instagram users are hoping that others believe that the accident was not the dancer's fault
Some Instagram users are only calling him 'a dancer' and are hoping that no one thinks the car accident was his fault.
One person wrote that the cars thought the man was 'directing traffic' and that both vehicles had a green light.
'They both had green indeed but the one turning left doesn't understand that you have to yield to traffic that's going straight,' an Instagram user wrote.
Others who don't know if the dancer is indeed a crossing guard and have wrote that if he is one then he needs to be 'more serious about his job.'
