In the clip, which has so far been viewed 159,000 times, Ella began: 'Let's make nature's Gatorade.'

'This is one of my favorite beverages to make just to sip on for extra hydration, but also to make into a fun little mocktail. And a mocktail is always better in a wine glass.'

The social media star then launched into how to create the concoction - beginning by adding ice to a glass.

She then used a hand-held juicer to squeeze half a lemon, lime and orange 'to get all of those electrolytes.'

Next, the content creator sprinkled in Redmond Real Salt, from her colorful Dusen Dusen salt grinder, 'to get those minerals.'

'Top that off with some coconut water. That'll give us some more electrolytes and hydration,' Ella explained.

'I've been loving adding cranberry juice to this. It can help support a healthy gut.'

The health expert then finished by topping the beverage off with sparkling water, a slice of orange as decorative garnish and a few drops of digestive bitters - the latter of which she explained in her caption were 'optional.'
