Rudy Giuliani has vowed to fight a sexual harassment case brought by a former aide who claims he wanted to own her and told her 'your t*ts are mine'.

The former New York City mayor is being sued by Noelle Dunphy, who alleges he coerced her into sex while she worked for him between 2019 and 2021 and owes her nearly $2 million in unpaid wages

New filings lodged on Thursday show how Giuliani, 79, is seeking to litigate the case and have it dismissed.

Documents obtained by DailyMail.com reveal a letter from his lawyer to the court, claiming there is 'no basis' for the allegation.

'We will seek relief to file a motion to dismiss,' she said.

The once-lauded mayor filed for bankruptcy in New York in December, with staggering debts of $153 million owed to creditors including two Georgia election workers he defamed over the 2020 election result, lawyers, the IRS, and Hunter Biden.

Meanwhile, Dunphy has already filed graphic transcripts allegedly describing recordings of his unwanted advances, including the vulgar remark 'Your t*ts belong to me.'

Giuliani denies the claims and says the two were in a consensual relationship and said the suit is filled with exaggerations and salacious details 'to create a media frenzy.'

The transcript describing Giuliani's crude remarks was one of several filed as exhibits in connection with a legal memo from Dunphy's attorneys opposing his motion to toss out their claims.

The audio recording was allegedly made on March 12, 2019, and the transcript describes Giuliani telling Dunphy, 'These are my t*ts,' to which she replies: 'Oh, yeah.'

Dunphy's attorneys also filed other transcripts, including one describing Giuliani making anti-Jewish remarks.

'Jews... Get over the Passover. It was like 3,000 years ago. Okay, the Red Sea parted. Big deal. Not the first time that happened,' he allegedly said in one April 1, 2019 recording.

Another transcript dated simply in the year 2019 describes Giuliani speculating about 'natural selection' and the impact on male genitalia size.

'Jewish men have small c**ks because they can't use them after they get married. Whereas the Italian men use them all their lives so they get bigger,' he allegedly said.

Giuliani previously said in court papers that he had a consensual relationship with Dunphy 'for a few months' in 2019, during his time as Trump's personal lawyer, but denied she ever worked for him or that he pressured her into sex.

Dunphy's lawsuit, filed in state court in New York, 'contains a blunderbuss of contradictory allegations,' Giuliani said in a court response in June. Her 'singular objective' is to defame him, he said.
