Sydney Fabrizio, a trainer from Arizona, is the founder of Bridal Fit, an online program that helps brides, newlyweds, and postpartum mothers become the 'best versions' of themselves.

The content creator posts her clients' before-and-after photos and her wedding prep advice on TikTok, where she is known as @sydfabrizio

Fabrizio recently shared how to 'become ten times more confident and toned in your wedding dress,' saying 'this is your strategy plan' for losing 15 to 20 pounds in six months.

Fabrizio first advised downloading the My Fitness Pal app to 'become in tune with what you are eating every single day.'

'If you feel like you've hit a plateau, here's a secret, it's not just about how hard you are sweating in the gym,' she said. 'It has everything to do with the calories that you're actually consuming.'

  • Track calories using the My Fitness Pal app
  • Hit daily protein goals based on your weight
  • Get 10,000 steps a day
  • Follow a training program three to four days a week
  • Drink more water
  • Get at least seven hours of sleep each night

Fabrizio recommended establishing a protein goal that is linked to your current weight.

'So if you weigh 160 pounds, aim for about 130 grams of protein. If you weigh 180 [pounds], aim for about 145 [grams]. If you weigh 120 [pounds], aim for about 130 [grams] a day,' she explained.

As for step counts and workouts, she said you should try to get about 10,000 steps a day for both your physical and mental health.

'Go on a walk. Get some movement in. It is so good for your mental health, especially while planning a wedding,' she noted. 'Weddings are stressful enough. You might as well get those steps in.

'Next, follow a training program,' she continued. 'I like to go three to four times a week. That's it.

'As long as you can be consistent for these three to four days, that's plenty. The focus should be on intentionality and progression β€” aka lifting heavier.'

Fabrizio ended her video by sharing her daily essentials, including her morning and night routines.

'It's super simple. Drink more water and sleep more hours, at least seven hours a night,' she said. 'So if you struggle getting to bed on time or waking up early, start making morning and nightly routines.'

Fabrizio wakes up around 5am and then heads to the gym for an hour-long workout. By 6.30am, she is home and getting ready for the day.

After showering, she has breakfast around 7 a.m. and then journals, meditates, and plans the rest of her day. She also sets aside 20 minutes to read or listen to an audiobook or podcast.

From 8 a.m. to 9 a.m., she spends time with her husband and does anything else she needs to get done before she starts work.

Fabrizio noted that she became inspired to start her morning routine after reading 'The 5 AM Club' by Robin Sharma.

At night, she puts her cellphone 'to bed' at least 30 minutes before she wants to sleep and sets out her workout clothes and supplements for the next morning.

After brushing her teeth, washing her face, and applying moisturizer, she dims the lights in her room and spends the rest of the evening journaling, reading, and praying before going to bed.

Fabrizio explained at the end of the video that brides have to be consistent and willing to dedicate themselves to their new lifestyle in order to see results.

'These goals are tailored for brides aspiring to trim down, sculpt, and shed weight based on their own individual goals and actually cultivate a sustainable lifestyle,' she said.

'So if you are not ready to commit to this for at least a year, this might not be your ideal path.'
