The sister of Nima Momeni, suspected killer of Cash App founder Bob Lee, was high on fentanyl, cocaine, and nitrous oxide when she allegedly slammed her $150,000 Mercedes into several parked cars in November, the prosecution revealed Monday.

Khazar Momeni, 38, was a no-show to the brief hearing in San Francisco's Hall of Justice, where judge Gail Dekreon ordered her to attend two Narcotics Anonymous sessions a week.

Her stand-in lawyer, John Lee, entered a not guilty plea on her behalf. A follow-up hearing was scheduled for April 17.

He told media afterward that Khazar Momeni's notoriety from the Bob Lee case prompted the DA's office to request the two sessions rather than one as originally proposed.

Khazar was arrested on DUI and hit-and-run charges, among others, after crashing her car in San Francisco on November 27.

Video exclusively obtained by DailyMail.com at the time showed the ultra-glam socialite desperately trying to keep herself out of jail after police arrived at the scene.

'You're not taking me in, right?' she asks as she trembles when a cop handcuffs her behind her back.

'But I'm not going anywhere, why are you placing me in handcuffs?' she whines. 'But that means, are you taking me to jail?'

A witness to the exchange told DailyMail.com that Momeni appeared to be 'as high as hell'.

Bystander footage also shows what appeared to be a large 'whippets' canister in plain view alongside Momeni's designer handbag on the driver's seat.

The bizarre episode played out at around 11am on a Monday on a homeless and drug-infested block in the Tenderloin District, a mile from the luxury condominium that Momeni shares with her plastic surgeon husband, Dino Elyassnia.

Momeni's brother is currently being held in San Francisco County Jail awaiting trial for Lee's murder. Lee allegedly had a casual sexual relationship with her before his April 4 death.

She was also booked into the lock-up, charged with driving under the influence, two counts of a hit-and-run, failure to drive within the lane, and failure to provide insurance at the scene of an accident.

At the time of her arrest, she did not appear to be wearing her wedding ring which had been visible on her finger the previous month when she attended a court hearing for her brother.

Momeni had been seen flashing her huge ring on the steps outside the court, donning a glamorous all black outfit and large black sunglasses, with her blond hair hanging long on her V-neck blouse.

But when she was arrested in November, her gold locks were pulled back in a ponytail, and she was dressed much more casually in camel-colored sweatpants, a white sweatshirt, and sneakers.

She leaned nervously against her car, a white Mercedes AMG C 63, red-topped convertible.

Officers were called to the incident at Geary and Larkin streets on the edge of the Tenderloin where they located her along with onlookers who had gathered at the scene.

Witnesses claimed she and a young male passenger had pulled up to Alma's Smoke Shop at the corner of Larkin and O'Farrell.

She parked outside the grungy shop, where they purchased two canisters of N20, popular party inhalants known as whippets, hippy crack or laughing gas that can cause a rapid rush of euphoria, according to witnesses.

A short while later, she pulled away.

One bystander who witnessed the incident told DailyMail.com that once behind the wheel, Momeni immediately sideswiped a Toyota sedan parked in front of her, but continued driving.

Half-way down the block, the male passenger – who witnesses described as a young black man – got out of the Mercedes.

Momeni then apparently clipped him with the car as well, causing him to limp off, according to witness accounts.

She then slammed into two more parked cars before mounting the curb and striking a street garbage can next to a Motel 6, witnesses told DailyMail.com.

When bystanders approached the car, they saw Momeni clutching a can of nitrous oxide and say she was reluctant to hand it over or to forfeit her keys.

A witness named Tiffany said she overheard Khazar saying, 'I think I'm hallucinating'.

Even at that point, though, she was allegedly still wanting to drive off.

'She said she just wanted to go park her car, but she was trying to get away,' another witness told DailyMail.com.

It was then that several onlookers called 911.

'She was in front of the trash can, and her wheel was on the curb,' a witness who goes by Callaway told DailyMail.com.

'I was trying to help. I was telling her to hand me the whippets off her lap.'

'She was like, 'No, I have to go, I can't go to jail,' Callaway recalled her saying.

An emergency vehicle arrived moments later and it was the paramedics who shut her car engine off, Callaway said.

Another witness, Lisa, said: 'The paramedics were trying to get the keys from her because she was high as hell.

'Her eyes were dilated and she kept trying to put the car in drive so she could keep on going.'

San Francisco Police eventually arrived at the scene and removed her from the vehicle.

Video obtained by DailyMail.com showed Momeni's legs shaking as she faced questioning.

'Don't take her pretty a** to jail,' one woman at the scene can be heard telling the cops.

Naim Pickett, 25, whose Honda Accord was among the vehicles hit, walked up in disbelief.

'You're off on drugs, that's why you're shaking,' he told Momeni, before telling the officers that he needed her information.

Police then assured the man that he would be able to get her details after she is processed.

'There's going to be a police report,' the officer tells him. 'You're going to get a case number, information, everything, okay?

'She's obviously not right. We're dealing with her right now because she's doing whatever she's doing.'

Momeni, her arms behind her back, then protested some more.

'I'm not stupid,' she told the officer. 'I'm not taking off.'

A woman who works at the nearby motel told DailyMail.com that the crash was captured on surveillance cameras.

She viewed the motel's footage herself and said it shows the male passenger exiting the car, the Mercedes hitting him, him limping off, and then the car striking two parked vehicles.

San Francisco police officers identified Momeni as the driver and conducted a sobriety test and determined she was driving under the influence.

'On November 27, 2023 at approximately 11.08am, San Francisco Police Officers responded to Geary St and Larkin St on a report of a vehicle collision,' a police statement read.

'Upon arrival, Officers located the involved driver and witnesses.

'Officers conducted traffic collision investigation. In the course of their investigation, officers developed probable cause to determine that the driver of the vehicle was driving under the influence.

'The driver, identified as 38 year old San Francisco resident Khazar Momeni, was booked at San Francisco County Jail.'

She was also arrested in September on suspicion of DUI in Marin County, after she rammed her Mercedes into another parked car, the San Francisco Standard has reported. That case remains under review.

She has regularly supported her brother in court since his arrest on April 13. Momeni has pleaded not guilty to killing Lee and faces 26 years to life if convicted.

His arrest in the brutal knife attack came more than a week after Lee was found bleeding in the early morning hours of April 4. He later died at a hospital.

Surveillance video of Lee's final night shows him entering the posh Millennium Tower downtown, where Khazar lives.

Video footage then shows Lee and Nima Momeni leaving the building together shortly after 2am and driving off in Momeni's car.

Lee, who was 43 when he died, was found shortly after 2:30am in the Rincon Hill neighborhood of San Francisco, which has tech offices and condominiums but little activity in the early morning hours.

Though many speculated in the immediate hours after the stabbing that it was a random incident in a city with an increasing violent crime rate, it was later revealed that Lee and Momeni, an IT consultant and entrepreneur who founded a company called Expand IT in 2010, knew each other well.

According to court filings, just a day before Lee died, Momeni confronted him about his relationship with Khazar.

Khazar later sent Lee a text asking if he was okay after her brother 'came down hard on [him]', also thanking him for handling the confrontation 'with class.'

Lawyers for Nima Momeni have asked a judge to have his trial moved out of the crime-ridden Bay Area, claiming that photos that were published of him in prison in a local newspaper would 'prejudice' a jury.

A decision on the venue is due in March, and the trial is expected in the spring.
