A lush 26-acre island off the coast of Florida that boasts two tennis courts and access to a private club has hit the market for $75 million.
Pumpkin Key, a mere 10-minutes helicopter ride from Miami's South Beach, had previously been listed for $95 million in 2020 but failed to sell at the time.
The small 'paradise', nestled in Florida's Card Bay between Key Largo and the mainland, has a house described as a 'pool home'.
Pumpkin Key also features 12 one-acre developable waterfront lots and a 23-slip marina capable of accommodating a mega-yacht.
Previously, far-right activists had argued that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky owned the island.
But later on, the bogus claims were busted and it was revealed that neither Zelensky or his wife Olena had ever owned the over-the-top property.

Pumpkin Key has three separate apartments, a dock master office, a white sand beach and two tennis courts in the center of the island which convert to a helipad.
But that's not all as the hefty price tag also includes a waterfront 'mainland home' in Key Largo's Ocean Reef Club with a 100-foot dock which is a four-minute boat ride from the island.
The Ocean Reef Club, a strict dress-coded private club, has its own airport for jets, a member-only hotel, restaurants, another marina and two 18-hole golf course.
Pumpkin Key is also well equipped basic amenities such as fiber optic cable for internet, water and electricity.
Listing agent, Liz Hogan of Compass told USA Today that the island will either be bought by a family or a legacy property or developer and will be sold for parts.
'There are two ways this will sell. Either it will go for a family looking for a family compound and a legacy property or a developer will buy it to build on the island and sell the parts.'
Hogan also said that the island is currently owned by a family from the Midwest who have used it as a family compound but newer generations have grown out of it.

Pumpkin Key's listing comes weeks after a James Bond-style island lair complete with its very own helipad hit the market for $16.5 million.
Known as East Sister Rock Island, this nearly one-and-a-half-acre enclave lies off the coast of the Florida Keys, and plays host to a sprawling 2,300-square-foot main house, as well as a separate guest cottage serve as the living quarters on the patch of land.
The idyllic island-scape comes with 800 feet of waterfront, a boat dock, a swimming pool, and a private helipad.
Between the the house and the cottage are a total of three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Originally built in the 1980s, the secluded sanctuary was designed to be self-sustaining.
