In a shocking ending - Lindsey was thrown high into the air and then flew onto the side of the road.
As Lindsey was splayed out on the ground, officers surrounded him - one with a firearm.
The suspect told the cops that there was a one-year-old baby in the backseat of the car.
Officers found the baby, which was secured in a car seat and miraculously 'did not appear injured.'
The baby was taken to the hospital, despite appearing to lack injuries, out of caution.
Lindsey was taken to hospital with non life-threatening injuries.

He was found to be in possession of an illegal firearm and his license was suspended, according to the release.
Following his arrest, Lindsey is expected to charged with failure to comply with police, having weapons while under disability and endangering children.
