A college basketball game between Indiana University and the University of Wisconsin was briefly stopped when a fire alarm sounded inside Assembly Hall in Bloomington, Indiana.

With the game tied at 54-54 around the ten minute mark, the alarms sounded and fans were asked to evacuate the arena.

After a brief period of the teams being off the floor and the arena nearly empty, the Bloomington Fire Department and IU campus police were able to clear the facility for people to return.

'Bloomington Fire Department has issued an all clear following the activation of a fire alarm at Skojdt Assembly Hall this evening,' IU Police said in a tweet. 'Fans are safe to reenter the building.'

With that, the fans did go back inside the building and play eventually resumed after a brief warmup period.
