Kathy Griffin's cocaine claims against former Bravo boss Andy Cohen resurface... after Leah McSweeney's lawsuit alleged he snorted drug with Real Housewives

As Andy Cohen faces bombshell legal battles with two former Real Housewives, allegations made by another one of his former employees - Kathy Griffin - have resurfaced and been viewed in a new, damning light.

The 63-year-old comedian first met the embattled 55-year-old in 2009 when he executive produced nine episodes of the fifth and sixth seasons of Bravo's Kathy Griffin: My Life on the D-List.

Kathy's show was impressively nominated for the Primetime Emmy Award for outstanding reality program for all six seasons and she won in 2007 and 2008, but that didn't help her land her dream Bravo talk show afterwards.

'All the time I was working there I didn't know that Andy Cohen, like, wanted to be me,' Griffin explained in her 2017 takedown video.

'I didn't know that when they ended The D-List and I desperately wanted to do a talk show, Andy Cohen would be the first TV executive in the history of television to give himself a talk show. And it seems to get picked up every season!'

The Grammy winner claimed Andy 'lived to take women down' and 'he really harassed me and treated me really poorly.'

But the biggest bombshell from Kathy's video was that Cohen allegedly offered her cocaine twice backstage at Embassy Row in the four times she appeared on his boozy Bravo late-night talk show, Watch What Happens Live.

'Just you know Jimmy Kimmel or Seth Meyers has never asked me to do blow before going on the show. No one from The View has ever asked me to do blow before a show. So I was hoping he was kidding,' Griffin claimed.

'So the second time I do the show same thing. So once again we're alone in an office in Embassy Row and he's like, "You wanna do some coke?" And I'm thinking, "He's serious!" Trust me, he's gonna say he was kidding and everything. No, he was asking me to do cocaine with him.

'That made me very uncomfortable. It was the two of us in a room Michael Davies was nowhere to be found. No one was there from Bravo. And that's why I don't do that show. I thought that was weird and I don't know why he gets away with that.'

At the time, Cohen - whose only Emmy win was for producing Top Chef - pretended not to know who Kathy was in a notorious TMZ interview and tweeted: 'I am completely stunned by this story. It is 100% false and totally made up.'

On Tuesday, The Real Housewives of New York City alum Leah McSweeney filed a discrimination lawsuit against the two-time Peabody Award winner, Bravo, Shed Media, and Warner Media in the Southern District of New York.

The 41-year-old Married to the Mob founder said her rights were breached under employment law for failing to allow her to get proper care for her alcoholism because they 'promote a workplace culture that thrives off drug and alcohol use.'

'Cohen's proclivity for cocaine usage with his employees is well-known throughout the Real Housewives franchise,' the legal docs stated.

'In fact, Cohen tends to provide the Housewives with whom he uses cocaine with more favorable treatment and [makes them appear more agreeably in] edits [of their shows].'

Leah - who starred in Peacock's The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip last year - is seeking unspecified damages, and the Daddy Diaries author's rep told Page Six on Tuesday: 'The claims against Andy are completely false.'

Luann de Lesseps, 58, who co-starred with Leah on RHONY, defended Andy on Wednesday while talking to TMZ Live about the allegations against him.

She revealed that no one ever forced her to drink and noted that personal responsibility plays a key role in addiction recovery.

Luann also said she's never seen or heard about Andy doing cocaine.

Former RHONY star Dorinda Medley, 59, also told TMZ that she's only had good experiences with Andy and Bravo.

Cynthia Bailey, 57, who starred on The Real Housewives Of Atlanta, also backed up Andy.

She told TMZ that she was never forced to drink while adding that she sympathizes with addicts.

Goldnesa 'GG' Gharachedaghi, 42, who starred on the Bravo show Shahs Of Sunset, quipped on social media that she was on WWHL 'about a dozen times' and was 'jealous' that she was never offered anything 'stronger than a good wholesome time.'

'Leave Andy alone,' GG added in her post on X, formerly known as Twitter.

Andy is also facing a sexual harassment legal demand letter from The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum Brandi Glanville, who accused him of inviting her to watch him have sex with Kate Chastain (which he later called a joke) via FaceTime in 2022.

On July 19, The Real Housewives of New York City alum Bethenny Frankel began her 'fight for systemic change' to unionize exploited reality TV stars after being inspired by the striking WGA/SAG/AFTRA members.

'I have not hired lawyers nor am I suing,' the 53-year-old Skinnygirl CEO clarified on October 1.

'I have directed wronged talent and production members to legal representation and am fighting for systemic change in a damaged institution. The reality reckoning is true, real, and I'll lead by example and evolve for myself and for my daughter [Bryn Casey Hoppy].'

And in 2022, The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum NeNe Leakes mysteriously dropped her lawsuit against Cohen and other Bravo entities alleging they had violated federal employment and anti-discrimination laws.

Kathy is next scheduled to bring her 36-date Kathy Griffin: My Life on the PTSD-List Tour to the Count Basie Center for the Arts in Red Bank, NJ on March 21.
